Chapter 14

"Daddy were home." "Rose? Rose! Oh and James." "Wow dad thanks for the warm welcome." "Oh sorry James but you know." "Daddy we brought Sirius I hope that's okay." "Oh yes of course it is." "I'm gonna go check out my room dad."  "Sirius you can stay in the guest room,Rose could you show him where it is." "Of course daddy." After that they both walked up the stairs,they had to go slow because of there trunks. Sirius could tell something was up. She was very distant and just let her gaze wander. He was very confused. Rose was always very focused and no matter where she was or who she was with her attention was always on the person. So he finally said something. "Babe you good?" "What?" "Are.you.okay.?" "Sorry what?" "I'm gonna take that as a no." She still didn't hear him and she kept walking down the hall.  Sirius's vision was fixed on Rose, and Rose was still lost in thought. So neither of them saw the wall at the end of the hallway. "Ow!" They both exclaimed at the same time after they hit the wall. "W-we j-u-st ran into the wall!" Rose was laughing so hard that she barely finished the sentence. "Awww babe are you okay." Sirius looked at his girlfriend surely she heard the sarcasm in his voice. Normally if this had happen he would have genuinely asked her but she was laughing so hard she was crying, so he knew she was fine. "Oh I'm fine kind sir." She had more sarcasm in her voice then his. He looked over at his beautiful girlfriend and he immediately remembered something. "10 months on Dec 24!" "Oh my gosh you are right it is are 10 month anniversary on Christmas Eve." After they had both calmed down from laughing,and after a few words/yells from James to "shut up!" And "why in the world are you laughing so hard!" They both stood up and Rose began to speak "Alright come on I will show you the spare room." "Sound great Babe." He was hauling the trunks up the stairs to the spare room,so when he heard Mrs. Potter scream the trunks fell down all three flights of stairs. But the couple didn't care they both rushed down the stairs to see if Mrs. Potter was okay. "Mom are you okay?!" Rose had exclaimed. Sirius could hear the worry in her voice so he squeezed her hand. Then suddenly he heard Rose scream. "LIV!" "Hey big sis!" Sirius's head snapped back to the girl who he assumed was "Liv" "sister?" He questioned if this was a joke but when he saw the tears of happiness in Rose's eyes he knew it wasn't. His thoughts were confirmed when the little girl Liv ran to Rose and Rose then picked her up and hugged her tight. "Hey Rose maybe you could introduce Sirius to Liv?" James had said this like a question but he knew it was more of a suggestion. Sirius saw that Rose was a little tongued tied so he steepedup  "Oh hi I'm Sirius. Rose's boyfriend. "Olivia are you planning on staying." Sirius looked over at Mrs. Potter who had just spoke and he realized that he forgot that she was there. "Ummm if you guys have the space I would love to! Mrs.Potter!" "Of course dear." "She can stay in my room mom Sirius in the spare and James can keep his room." "Alright dear." "Come on Liv I'll show you to my room." Sirius watched his girlfriend walk off with her sister and realized how lucky he was.
