After plenty of hugs from Natsu, Lucy, and Happy and also plenty of clearing up in relation to misunderstandings, things calmed down.. however, Lucy was still acting quite cold to Bambietta for how she went about treating Mikoto when restoring the portion of her powers.

"You didn't need to nearly kill her!!" Lucy exclaimed with a huff of anger as Bambietta rolled her eyes and muttered something about Lucy being just like an old nag.

"Now now.. Bambi!!" said Osamu. "Behave yourself!! You've nearly destroyed our... SECRET LA- WHAM!!"

Bazz-B punched Osamu in the face. "ENOUGH ABOUT THE STUPID FREAKING SECRET LAIR!!!"

Natsu was looking at Vento with an odd look of recognition on his face. "Hmmm.. I've... seen you somewhere.. before...hmmmmm..."

"Yeah.." said Vento. "We've fought.. don't you remember!? It was crazy!"

"I REMEMBER NOW!!!" said Natsu. "YOU'RE THE ICE CREAM LADY FROM DOWN THE STREET!!"

Vento stared and her mouth opened slightly. "You... are an idiot.."

"Can I have a super strawberry swirl surprise?"

"I'M NOT AN ICECREAM LADY!!!"

"Anyways.." said Osamu. "I think I was telling you reason why we wanted to restore your powers before we got into that skirmish just now.."

"Oh.. yeah." said Mikoto suddenly remembering. "I was kind of wondering that."

"There's a relic we have here in our store." said Osamu. "It's quite unique actually, I created by warping the AIM diffusion fields of countless espers.. you see the relic works like a tuner... it adjusts your life force and reverses any curses that might be placed upon it...the perfect thing to rid us Lost Ones of our curses forever...But there's one little snag..."

"Snag?"

"Electricity!" said Bazz-B.." the thing runs on it like a gas guzzler. "Problem is.. there's no force on Earth that can produce nearly enough electrcity to power this relic.. which leaves the only individual whose known to be able to produce enough power to light up an enitre city and black it out with a punch."

"That's why you want Mikoto to regain her powers?" said Lucy. "You just need a human battery!?"

"It's okay Lucy, I really don't mind." said Mikoto. "I mean if I help them, they help me! Everybody wins right?"

"But the method they used nearly got you killed!" said Lucy. "I mean.. it's one thing to be powerless.. but it's a completely different ball park if you're dead!"

"Hey, we kinda need her to get uncursed." said Vento. "So it's a fat chance that we'll ever try to REALLY kill her."

"And not to mention these people are way too suspicious!" said Lucy. "You do know that's Erigor over there right!? Do you know how many bad runins we've had with him!?"

"Your concerns aren't unwarranted..." Erigor said. "But my desire to lift this curse far outweighs any grudge I might have with Fairy Tail.."

"Aw come on Luce!" said Natsu. "Mikoto's been through far worse then this!"

"Y-yeah but.." said Lucy. "I guess..I.."

"Lucy, I know you're worried." said Mikoto. "I get it.. but I really want to do this.. It's not just about me.. I'm tired of just sitting around all useless in a wheelchair when people all around me get hurt... and these guys have it pretty bad too with the kind of curse they're caught up in... and for once.. I feel happy again.. cause.. cause..."

Mikoto took a deep breath and voiced the one thing that now held a lot of value in her mind. "I can finally go and have fun with all of you again! I can take jobs, and I won't be a burden to you anymore! And I can finally tell Touma I love him as many times as I want without having to do it with just my hands..."
