Diagon Alley

Y/N's POV

I was in Diagon alley, I don't think I was in the right part, it was pretty dark, I did not know where I was, although I saw a store which looked like Olivanders, and panicked since everyone was angry at me, I apologized a lot. And was walking backwards in panic and confusion. 

Eventually bumping into Bellatrix. I did not know who she was either so I apologized again. 

She looked at me and asked if I was the first year since I was clearly in the wrong place.

 I am very polite, so I said I was. 

She laughed, very loudly, and I was very confused and still panicked. She then asked (when she noticed that I was in a panic) 

"Why're you panicking? Are you scared of me? Do I scaaaare you?" She giggled,

(I laugh when I am uncomfortable or shocked at something.) In this case, I laughed, and said "well I think you're really pretty besides that" and she laughed at that, 

"OooOOOoOOOH 'pretty'? Wow, you really don't know who I am, do you?" (she smirks) 

I couldn't help but blush at this woman (because I am a full-on lesbian). Of course, she noticed this. But I answered her question with "no ma'am" 

 she laughed at my answer and said "I am a ma'am now? You're Shyyyyyyyyy" 

I gulped. 

"Well the names Bellatrix Lestrange, remember that name kid. Can I get yours? And how old are you actually?" 

I got really shy but had to speak up because of reasons. "My name is Y/N, and I'm 17." 

Her smile widened. "Wow, that's an unusual name! No last name? and 16? ALMOST LEGAL" 

I didn't know what to say. "nope! No last name!" 

She stopped laughing to ask me "Why? Don't you have paaaarents? DID THEY DIE IN A FIRE OR SOMETHING?!" 

I gasped at the answer. 

The woman put her hands on her mouth shocked. "ooooops, sorry! Well, you know what, since you don't know me, you can tell the headmaster my last name as yours" she giggled. "Hey, Don't you need a wand? I could walk you to the place!" 

I suddenly saw Severus Snape, a man who I saw before at Hagrid's place. While I looked distracted, something got put in my pocket, 

Suddenly snape grabbed my arm and pulled me to him. Telling Bellatrix "What..... are you doing... with the first years..... Lestrange?" 

She giggled, "well Y/N and I were just having a little fun! I was just going to bring her to Olivander's to get her first wand!" 

Snape looked at her in disbelief, then looked at me "isssss.... This true...? Miss...?" 

I gulped and looked at Bellatrix, who smiled at me, and then at Snape. "y-yes sir! She wanted to actually help me, we were about to go" 

He looked at me, and saw that I wasn't lying to him "Hmm...... Well-"

Snape got distracted by a man with long blonde hair and walked to him. 

Bellatrix poked my side, and said "Come! Let's go quickly! I have some sort of free pass there" she giggled as she pulled me along to the seemingly normal side and into the actual olivanders, where the cashier looked frightened, as well did the adults who saw me walk with her. 

"M-Miss Lestrange! What business do you have h-here?" 

She looked at me, and said "well I'm here to guide my friend here on her way to Hogwarts! She doesn't have a wand yet!" 

The man looked at me surprised and asked me to grab a few wands, until I got mine. Which was kind of similar to the one Bellatrix had. 

Bellatrix looked surprised and said "HEY! We almost MATCH!" she giggled, "maybe we really are destined!" 

We left olivanders, and she went into the pet store "Let's get you a fun pet! Maybe a raven! Or a snaaake!" 

I looked at her "A raven sounds so cool" 

A sparkle twinkled in her eyes "You are something special, that's why I'm helping. Cuz normally I'd push you away. I don't really care for people like you." 

I couldn't help but blush again. 

We eventually got a female raven with red eyes. I decided on the name "Bella" because of her, when she asked about the name, I told her it was Bella, because of her. 

And she said "Aww that's so sweet, let's go! Before Snapey gets back!" 

We went outside and snape was clearly looking for me in distress, I looked at Bellatrix. "I don't know why Snape is so scared of me standing with you but I like you! So do you have to leave?" I asked, 

"I'm really sorry, but I have to go before I get into trouble myself" she giggled "but we'll meet again soon. I'm sure of it. And why don't you send letters? Here's where you can send it to!" 

She handed me a paper, with an address, I was definitely going to write to her, she feels like a mother. I put it in my pocket, "Of course I will! You will write back right?" 

she smiled, a small smirk. "of course dear, but truly, do say that your last name is Lestrange you can say it sounds french. Then you can remember it hee hee" 

She smiles, pats my head and leaves, before snape dashes over to me. 

"SNAPE! I GOT A WAND AND AN ANIMAL!" I said

He looked at me sternly, "do you know who that was?" 

I smiled at the thought of the woman I met today, "yes! A very nice lady" 

Snape looked at me seriously "no, miss, that's a death eater, I'll be keeping an eye out for you now, they're dangerous" 

I looked at him "alright"

"Seeing as you have all of your stuff, why don't you head to platform 9 3/4?" Snape suggested.

"s I r." I looked at him "are you trying to make fun of me? THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE!"

"just go there miss, you'll see" He answered, annoyed.
