Chapter 8

Adrien's POV

Okay. Adrien thought. Ladybug just gave
me permission to date another girl. Wow.
Adrien thought that Ladybug would be
mad. She just admitted they had feelings
but her was also growing feeling for
Marinette.

"So... what are you waiting for?" Plagg
asked.

"What do you mean what am I waiting for?"
Adrien asked.

"Aren't you gonna go talk to Marinette?
Aren't you going to tell her how you feel?"
Plagg asked.

"I don't know Plagg. She may be in love
with someone else."

"But you could win her back. You have to
tell her how you feel."

"Okay. I will tomorrow. That way I can
prepare."

"Ugh. This is why cheese is the love of my
life."

Adrien rolled his eyes. "You know, I've
wondering what you were like the era
before cheese."

Plagg looked away. "Those were the sad
days."

Adrien was ready. He texted Marinette.

Me: Hey Marinette. Can I talk to you at
Study Hall.

Marinette: of course.

Me: Okay. Meet me by your locker.

He'd done it. There was not turning back.
He was going to confess to Marinette. The
rest of the day went by to quickly for him to
prepare. He made an excuse at study hall
to go to the restroom. Marinette met him
by her locker.

"So...what did you want to talk to me
about?" She asked.

Marinette's POV

"So...what did you want to talk to me
about?" she asked. Adrien was leaning
against her locker. He looked kinda
anxious.

"Umm. So..." he started coming over to
stand beside me.he put his hands in his
pockets and was looking down. "Over the
past week, I have realized that I had
feelings for you."

Wow. She knew he would talk to her. She
was kinda mentally preparing for it. She
soon realized she wasn't prepared.
"Really?" She asked.

"Yeah." he said looking up to her eyes. "I'm
kinda surprised that I didn't realize I had
feeling for you sooner." He added.

Now she was confused. "What do you
mean by that?"

"It's just that..." he started. Then he looked
down and chuckled. "Your so smart,
confident, and a natural born leader. Not to
mention that you're drop dead gorgeous."
He blushed.  So did she. She couldn't push
the smile back from coming to her face.

"Oh really, Adrien Agreste." She said and
folded her arms. "Hottest fashion model in
all of Paris? You really think so?"

"Yeah." He said smiling at her. "And I was
wondering. If maybe you felt the same for
me? I know you said that you had growing
feeling for this one guy but you deserve to
hear how I feel before asking him."

She bit her lip to keep her from saying yes
too fast. He was looking at her. Like he
loved every single thing about her. It was
the way she looked at him from the
moment he offered her his umbrella. God,
she loved him so much. She looked up at
him with a smile on her face. She started
walking out the door. But she forgot one
thing. She turned around before closing the
door.

"Yes."
