XANDER POV

Walking to the bathroom to have a shower and freshen up my minds on my mate .(shes not your mate she's mine you stupid human ) my wolf growls before shutting me off .

Human huh that's a new one I say in the hopes he heard me .
(Dad how long was I out for ) I say though our private link .

(Alpha) two weeks xander

I sigh as I cut the convo there wow two weeks I say shocked shutting the water off I step out and grab a towel wrapping it around my waist before heading to my room .

Please xander let me explain I was only six when it happened and I got scared and I lied but I did try tell the truth to mum and dad but they got real mad and said if I told anybody they'll force me to become a rouge please xander believe me .

I say steering at her she breaks down

Get out I yell as she runs out my room crying

ASHERS POV

Alpha how's xander doing .

He's awake my boy

He's probably hungry I'll get ha- I mean one of the omegas to make him something to eat .

I say as I bow then walk off everyone is on egg shells since halo tried to kill herself .
Guilt washes over me as I discovered the truth I'm just to afraid to say anything .

Flashback xanders birthday party

After the alpha walked out and willow ran to her room my mother spoke up .

We didn't find her you know we stole her and we should of killed her when we took her .

What to you mean you stole her mum

I wanted a girl so I took her we stumbled upon a woman in a meadow field she had just given birth we attacked her an snatched the baby up and ran we ran so far we didn't stop till tiredness took over . We went to human land got a hotel for the night while I rested with halo your dad got baby things for her then we came back to the pack two days later .

I stood up and my dad said I'll turn you rouge if you say anything he said as I walked out .

Xander I knew you'll come here once you woke I said nervously.

Honestly I haven't seen her since you brought her into the hospital only Alex has seen her actually he's never left her side.

Your dad goes to her room to check her but he can't approach her I say he growls and sits down.

(XANDER pov)

Walking to the hospital my nerves are kicking in (mate go see mate need to see mate ) my wolf whinges.
Settle there boy your making me more nervous to see her . I here a grunt before he retreats

Seeing a light as I walk in to her room

(Alex) she's amazingly healing on her own xav but I don't know why she's changed I feel like when or if she wakes up she's not going to be the same .

I look at my mate and notice her hair that was once a dark brown/black is now fully white her skin is more tan that has a slight shimmer or glow to it i sigh as i watch her from a far not being able to get close to her before i get up and leave .

What am i going to do i say feeling so confused .

Back in the pack house my father calls for me to see him in his office .

Son I have something for you it's a letter from halo that I found that night I want you to read it .

Giving me the letter i walk out heading to my room locking the door as i enter before i sit on my bed .
