I peered at the food on the table.

You already look disgusting enough.
Carbs. Fats. Ew.

I turned away, almost on the brink of tears, why has my life come to this?
What did I do wrong?

I sat down on the dirty sofa, nothing in my flat was clean. I didn't have the time. All I did was either work or sleep. I needed the money from work.

I knew I didn't mean what I was typing, but I'd had a bad day and needed someone to take it out on.

Oops.

I only realized how bad it sounded when I read back through the conversation.

My day was from hell, everyone hated me.
People twist my words and usually I pretend to brush it off, like it doesn't affect me.

But today I couldn't. I punched someone. I hurt them. I hurt another human.

I'd been taught better then this.

I knew it would be all over the news soon.

I'm going to loose my job.

My career will fail.

Everyone is going to hate me.

I ended up spending Saturday night not showing up to rehearsals, but crying in my flat. Tears streamed down my empty face, with rage building inside me. I knew what I had to do. I needed a drink.

I was trying to regain control of my breathing when my phone beeped with a notification.

I downed all the alcohol I could that night.
