My promises to you

Toni POV

"It has to be... Beautiful." I told the jeweler. "Ah, I have just the right thing." He smiled, leading me over to the rings.

"Wow, these are beautiful." I looked over them.

"Who's the lucky person, not want to assume." He said.

"It's a lady, a very beautiful one." I smiled, "Thanks for not assuming genders." I added.

"No problem. Now ring picking, shall we?" He asked, taking out a set.

Cheryl's POV

"I don't know where she is. But she hasn't been answering." I pouted as Betty and Veronica talked on the phone with me.

"Trust me, Cher. The wait is so worth it." Betty said.

"B!" Veronica said. "Oops." Betty giggled.

"What do you two know?" I pressed, raising my ginger brow at them. Betty rolled her eyes, "What gives you the idea that we know something?" She asked.

But before I could answer, Toni called me.

"Sorry guys, TT is calling. I'll talk later." I hung up before I could get a response.

"Hey, TT!" I said.

"Hey, Beautiful. Could you look out your window?" She asked.

I shrugged, going to look out the window to my balcony. I smiled when I saw Toni with roses and a small box.

"Cher... I want to make promises that I know that I can and will keep." She said before singling me to come down. I giggled excitedly before running down stairs.

Once I became face to face with Toni, I smiled.

She give me the roses before getting on one knee.

"This isn't a proposal, but these are promises that I'm going to keep." Toni said before opening the box revealing a beautiful promise ring.

"I promise to love you forever. I promise to be there for you whenever you are down or when you don't want me around. I promise to spoil you any way you like. I promise to be faithful to you, and only you. I promise to comfort you when you're crying. I promise you that I will be there 100 percent of the time, even if you want me to go. I can try and promise you the world, and everything you ever want. Do you accept these promises to you?" Toni said.

I smiled, shaking my head frantically because I felt as if I would speak I'd cry.

Toni smiled, taking the ring out of the box and slid it on my finger. "It's beautiful, TT!" I said finally finding my voice.

"I know, I had the best guy in town." Toni chuckled, kissing my temple.

I smiled, leaning up to kiss her. "You are amazing." I smiled.

"Tell me something I don't know." She smirked. Baby Yoda came running behind her, him in a small tie.

Toni's POV

"Aww, look at our baby, Toni." I giggled, picking up the golden retriever. My heart danced at the sound of that.

"Our baby." I smiled, kissing her cheek.

I guess he was our baby.

Cheryl and I cuddled on my couch, Baby Yoda on at the bottom of the couch as Cheryl laid on top of me.

I could hear her sweet little snores as she slept soundly on my chest. I smiled before kissing her forehead. "I'm never letting you go." I said, rubbing her back softly.
