Toni's POV

I sat at my table with my warm mug filled with coffee. It's a beautiful morning today.

"Yoda!" I called the golden retriever. He comes out of my bedroom, walking over to me.

"Good morning, Boy." I pet his head before getting up to get his food.

Once I filled his bowl, I sat back at the table, checking my phone.

I had a message from Cheryl.

Cheryl😘: Hey, So what's the best time to meet up?

Me: How about an hour from now? I just gotta walk Yoda.

Cheryl😘: Great. I will meet you outside my house. We're driving, is that okay?

Me: Yeah, that's awesome actually, I hate walking😂

Cheryl😘: Cool😂 the mall and stuff are in one place so that why.

Me: Sounds cool. See you in a few.

Cheryl😘: Yep💙

I smiled before putting the mug into the sink. "Time for your walk, Yods," I said making the dog wag his tail excitedly.

"Someone's excited!" I giggled, opening the door as he ran out, his leash dragging behind him.

Cheryl's POV

"Okay, Dad. I'm not going far, just to the town. Toni agreed to let me show her around." I explained to my father.

He nodded, "Kay, Butterfly. Be careful, you hear me? I don't have any time to cancel any paparazzi pictures." He said. I rolled my eyes. Paparazzi basically grew up with me. My ultrasound picture was leaked to the world and now I'm a famous producer's daughter.

"Can't help it, Dad." I sighed. He nodded, "I know, Sweetie. But just try to avoid them, please?"

"I will try, Dad." I smiled. "Have fun, producing movies." I giggled as I walked out.

After I showed and told my father about Toni, he was very excited that I had found someone to hang out with. I mean, I don't know how old she is, but hopefully, we could be friends... Or more.

My phone beeped announcing that I received a message. "Toni🤩" it read.

I smiled before opening the message.

Toni🤩: I'm ready. See you outside in 2?

Me: Yep. Just gotta add some makeup

Toni🤩: You need makeup, you're beautiful.

Me: Aww, Thanks☺️

Toni hearted my message as I moved to put my shoes on.

"I'm leaving, Dad!" I called.

"Have fun, Butterfly!" He called.

"I will." I smiled before walking out. As I did, I saw my father walking behind me.

"Yes?" I chuckled. He looked at me, "You know I need to meet this girl right?" He said.

I rolled my eyes, "Whatever, Dad." I chuckled as he followed me out.

Toni's POV

I smiled once I saw Cheryl. She also walked out with...

"Clifford Blossom?!" I asked with shock. He chuckled with a smile.

"Nice to meet you, Toni? Was it?" He said, shaking my hand.

"Yes-yes, It's Toni. Antoinette is my full name... Uh, why did I tell you that, uh-"

"Take a chill-Pill, Toni. He's cool." Cheryl giggled.

"Daddy, This is Toni, Toni, my father, Clifford," She said, holding her car keys.

"Wow, I didn't- I mean I knew, but I just thought he wouldn't be here." I chuckled.

"Well, Yeah, it's a rare day when he is here." She chuckled.

Her father rolled his eyes before smiling at us. "Be careful you two, and Cher remember what I said."

"Yeah, got it, dad." She nodded.

"Great. Nice meeting you, Toni." He nodded.

"Same here." I said, walking over to the garage that held Cheryl's red Tesla.

"Wow..." I whispered, walking up to the car. She smiled, "Nice, right?" She asked.

"Nice?! This is amazing." I said as She opened the doors.

"Thanks." I mumbled before we got in.

"So, we have a lot of great places to go here. We have one amusement park, the airport isn't too far from here-which you should know- and the movie theater is the boom. Reclining seats, amazing HD screening." She informed.

"Sounds amazing. Also, my nephew got me this amazing burger, but I forgot the place-"

"That'll Be pops." She cut me off before continuing, "He has makes the best breakfast, lunch, and dinner ever. And the milkshakes, amazing. I grew up here so I know him well." She said.

"Cool. So the best for last then?" I asked. She nodded, smiling excitedly.

"You're adorable when you get excited." I chuckled.

She smiled with a blush.

Cheryl's POV

"And that, concludes our tour." I said as I pulled into Pop's diner.

"Wow, this town is small but has a lot of cool things." Toni giggled as we got out of the car.

"Yep." I chuckled entering Pops.

"Hey, Pop. Get me my usual." I said, turning to Toni.

"And this is my friend, Toni. She just moved here." I explained.

"Nice to meet you, Toni. What can I get you?" He asked.

"A burger. And I want to try your milkshakes. Cher, here said that they are great." She smiled at me.

I blushed at the name she called me. I mean, yeah, everyone calls me that but it's different when she does it.

"Coming right up. Make yourself at home." He said, nodding towards the booths.
