3 hours later

"You got this, baby." I smiled, caressing her red sweaty hair.

"Okay, push!" The doctor said again.

Cheryl closed her eyes as she pushed. She cried as we heard the cries of our baby girl.

"You did it, Cher." I smiled.

Cheryl gave me a tired smile before I leaned down to peck her lips softly.

"Here's mommy." The nurse smiled, placing the substance covered baby on Cheryl's chest.

"Hi, beautiful girl," I whispered.

"Look at all that hair." Cheryl cried happily.

"I love you so much." I smiled, looking at Cheryl.

"I love you more." She smiled, pecking my lips.

"Let's get her cleaned up and you situated." The nurse smiled.

I nodded as she led me to go cut the cord.

------

"Rylan..." I whispered as I held the girl.

Cheryl was in the shower so I got to have some mama and daughter time with Rylan.

She opened her big eyes, making me smile

"Hey, hermosa chica." I giggled as a tear rolled down my cheek. (Beautiful girl)

She squirmed as she cooed, staring up at me.

"You're wide awake, huh?" I smiled.

Cheryl walked out of the bathroom, " How're my girls?" She asked before sitting down in the bed.

I smiled as I got up and carried her over to the bed.

Cheryl smiled as I gently placed our daughter in her arms.

"She's perfect." Cheryl whispered.

"I know." I smiled. "You did so well." I whispered, kissing her temple.

Rylan started crying, moving around slightly.

"Aww, Princesa... What's wrong?" I whispered.

"She's hungry." Cheryl said, pointing to the bottle on the desk next to her.

I picked up the bottle, smiling as I gave it to my wife.

She placed it in the girl's mouth, sighing when Rylan accepted the bottle.

Cheryl's POV

"Hey!" Veronica whispered as she carried Kimberly into our room.

"Hey." I smiled, holding Rylan while Toni's in the bathroom.

"She's beautiful, Cher." Betty smiled.

"Wanna hold her?" I asked.

Betty nodded, smiling as I gently placed the baby in her arms.

"What's her name?" Veronica asked while Kimberly gently touched her cousin's forehead.

"Rylan Rose Topaz." I grinned.

"Pretty name for a pretty girl." Betty smiled.

"I know. It took us a few weeks to actually find a good one before I turned 7-months." I chuckled.

"Good job." Kimberly said, putting her thumb up.

We all giggled as Toni entered the room.

"Hey ladies." Toni smiled.

"Aunty Toni!" Kimberly smiled, reaching for my wife.

Toni smiled, taking her 3-year-old niece.

"Hey, baby." She smiled, kissing the girl's cheek.

Rylan started to cry as Betty held her. "Oh no, what's wrong?" Betty asked the upset girl.

After giving Rylan a diaper change, Betty and Veronica had to drop Kimberly off to her grandparents.

Speaking of grandparents. Toni's and I's parents were here.

"She's such a good baby." Toni's mom smiled.

"I know." Toni chuckled.

"You guys got lucky." Clifford chuckled.

"You say that now." Toni huffed, making us all laugh.
