Eleanor left Shu's room and made her way to Laito's room which is on the other side of the mansion.
'Honestly why do we need a mansion this big" Eleanor thought shaking her head
"Laito sweetie can I come in?" Eleanor asked
"Yes mama" Laito mumbled
Eleanor walked inside to see Laito stuck with his shirt on his head.
"Laito darling do you need help?" Eleanor asked sweetly chuckling silently
"Please mama I can't get it off!" Laito said tiredly letting his arms hang
Eleanor giggled silently and pulled the white buttoned shirt over his head.
"Thank you mama! I would have been stuck if it wasn't for you" Laito said smiling up at Eleanor with a big bright smile
"No problem de-" Eleanor stopped what she was saying when she saw purple and red marks on Laito's torse
'Those weren't there this morning, that damn bitch' Eleanor thought looking at the marks with hatred and anger
"Laito sweetie did your mother come in by any chance?" Eleanor asked
"Yes mama, and guess what! Mama said that these bites shows that she loves me!" Laito said excitedly
Eleanor stared sadly at Laito. She wishes that she can take his pain away and show him real love without Cordelia in the way
'If only Karl knew what she was doing to Laito he would stop this. He may be cold hearted to his sons most of the time but some things he can not tolerate, but Cordelia is just going to go harsher and harsher on Laito. Cordelia does not follow orders even when Karlheinz gives them. There's not use the only thing I can do is try to comfort Laito the best I can' Eleanor thought, 'I'm so pathetic'
"Laito sweetie these do not show that she loves you. Laito do you ever feel uncomfortable with your mother when she is doing these things?" Eleanor asked
"Sometimes but she says that she loves me that way so I want to make her love me using her way" Laito said gazing at the groun sadly still smiling
"Sweetie what did I tell you? You do not need your mother's love if she is making you uncomfortable. A mother makes sure that her children is happy and safe. Laito I will always be by your side and give you my love so please do not depend on Cordelia's love" Eleanor begged hugging Laito tightly
"Mama why does she love me like this?" Laito said shakly with tears in his eyes, "why can't she hug me? or cook for me?or tell me that she loves me when she isn't fulled with lust?"
"Because she doesn't know your worth just yet. Your mother is not worth your love and devotion Laito. She may not say I love you or cuddle you with love and care but I always will. I promise you Laito" Eleanor said determinedly
"If you break your promise I will never be forgive you" Laito said sternly but also cutely
"I will never forgive myself either" Eleanor said, "why don't you take a bath? I'll come tuck you and kiss you goodnight once I check on your other siblings"
"Okay mama!" Laito said
