We were at lunch and I was sitting by myself again. Everyone had a group, the nice kids, the popular kids, the pervert kids, everyone besides me. I always sat alone, and I was getting used to it. I am too shy to go talk to anyone anyways. I see Kelly walking over here and panic. She is super hot. "Hey y/n" she says standing by my table. "Hey" "my group and I are doing some blind dates, but we have an odd number of people so not everyone would get set up with a cute boy. You in?" Omg omg. I don't really like the boys, but I would get to hang out with Kelly. "Y-Yeah of corse," I replied. I got up and went to sit at her table. The group welcomed me. Kelly pulled out paper and pens for each of us. "Write down your name and what you're looking for in a boy on this paper. It will be picked at random later to see who you get to set up." I write down,

That's really all. I fold up my paper and hand it to Kelly. After everyone has turned in their papers, Kelly mixes them up and randomly hands them out. I get Lucy. Hers says:

Time skip to a few days later at lunch 

We are back at the table. We pull out the papers of the people we got and tell everyone who got who. I got Lucy, Fleur got Me, Kelly got Fleur, and Lucy got Kelly. We would be going on the dates after lunch, and the bell was about to ring. *lunch bell rings* "well girls, your dates will be waiting for you at the playground;)" Kelly says as we walk to the playground. I see a boy I don't know much named Mathew(lol I'm making him up) who I got paired with. He is nice from what I know, but I also know he can be abusive.

We walk around the playground and talk about what we like. We like none of the same things. He seems disappointed he didn't get an official member of Kelly's group, so I give up and walk away. He doesn't even care. I got sit on the swings and Kelly plops down next to me. "Not great date?" I ask "nope. Why would she think I would be good with Ben?" Kelly asks with anger "Idk but mine was trash too." I say, sounding defeated. "You know why I did this and invited you y/n?" Kelly asks. Of corse she knows I don't know so I replied with "no, not really." "I wanted to get your name in the draw. I thought maybe I could pair us up. Idk what kind of people you are into, but I really like you." Kelly says, cheeks turning red. My cheeks turn red and I look down. "I like you. I am assuming you don't fell the same way, you're probably into hot guys," Kelly says standing up. "No, wait" I say "I really like you too" I tell her. We spend the rest of recess walking around and talking about what we like. We are a perfect fit.
