Evette's POV

        "D-david...you sure you know what your doing?" I asked nervously  to the confused male I call my best friend. "yeah ive seen the videos we watched and it looked easy" he said hesitante in his voice which was far from reasuring. "now let get started" he said as I gulped feeling his hand going though my hair starting to tug then soon they became rougher.

        "ouch! David your hurting me!!" I whined just as cole and addison came walking into the suite with eyes wides and confusion. "what going on here?" cole asked as david stopped and I pouted rubbing my head. "he hurting me and sucks at french braiding my hair.."I said getting up from chair and undid mess he caused. "I thought it be easy like the video said they would!" David said as I rolled my eyes going toward dalton room peaking in.

        "grace.."I whispered seeing her looking up and tried motioning her to help with my hair as I didnt want to wake up dalton from his nap. "im coming.."grace mouthed and snuck  out as we closed his door and went to living room seeing desitny, will, dana and maui arriving as well. "hey guys.. long time no see, where you been?" I teased before sitting down.

        "we went shoping then looked for these two and found them cuddling in music room" Dana said nodding to destiny and will face who face started blushing red. "stop it we werent cuddling!" Will said as Maui spoke teasingly "then what do you call when your holding someone close?". "shut up..all you.."destiny said as we all laughed.

        "evette, what the hell happened.. it looks like someone turned your hair into birds nest" grace said as I could feel her tugging and brushing out my hair. "blame the distaster that is david!!" I yelled pointing to david who had his hand up in surrender making everyone else laugh before we turned on tv watching old harry potter movies since nothing else was intresting.

        "and.. there you go all done" grace said finishing my hair as I ran my finger over braid standing up. "Thanks sis.." I said hugging her as Dalton came out of his room looking better "no mine.." he whined taking grace from me and I pouted. "but she my sister.."I said wanting to see his reaction since it was funny when any of the guys whined. "yeah well she mine, she my bestie and nurse and she just mine" he said sticking his tongue out.

        "well I see someone better huh?"Cole said as we other giggled at dalton and grace blushing red just as the double doors flew open as kendra and gabe ran inside. "guys! guys!" they said in unison as we all stood shocked as they had worry over their faces which was confusing since they looked fine last time we seen them at breakfast this morning.

        "What going on?"Maui asked as Kendra spoke first "we cant do the race!" she said as we all stood in shock. "what? what going on? what do you mean we cant race? that why were are here for the race in like two hours" I said glancing at the clock on the wall. "yeah but it not safe, look it hard to explain since I didnt see it but it not safe" gabe said serious like always.

        "if you didnt see it then how do you know what dangerous?" destiny asked. "because I seen it, it was like blue glittery fog, look I know it sounds crazy but no one else has access to our pods and the dock but us.. and my pod is completely dead after that fog" Kendra explanied as we all exhanged worrying glances to one another.

        "looks like we need to figure out what going on before this race happens.. we can let anything happen to one another" I said serious as Everyone knew we couldnt just let that happen. "well then we better get to work.."david said as we all stood getting to work.
