Chapter 8

Maui's POV        

        "so do you think you boys can fix the pod?" I asked as the boys surrounded kendra pod looking over the specks and such. "yeah maybe, but were going to need time..like to stall the race from happening" Dana said as me and the girls nodded looking at one another. "dont worry we will buy you some time..." kendra said as her and grace took off the group.

        "come on, something strange about this place.. we need to find out what going on with this moon paradise" Evette said as rest of us nodded. "you girls go find out just be careful okay" dana said as I felt his arm around my back and tried not blushing but it was hard. Hell this boy got some effect on me and it deadly for sure.

        "maui.. maui...maaaauuuuuiiii!!!" Destiny voice boomed loud as I pulled my eyes from Dan's turning red from blushing and looked over to giggling girls. "what?" I said embarrsed "come on.. we are going, you can stare at each other later" Destiny said dragging me along away from dana. "fine.. bye.."I waved back getting one more glance of his million dollar smile before we got to work.

Dana's POV

        "okay I mean I know what you told us, but what if the girls cant find us time and what really going on?" I asked up looking at the other. "They have too.. I mean we have no choice, we cant race and risk us and the girls" Cole said as I could see other nodding. I knew they were right as I wouldnt risk Maui life for anything. "alright well I wish they told us what they were planning.." I muttered before seeing door opening as kendra and grace came with duffle bag.

        "um..what in the bag?" gabe asked as the girls looked guilty. "well first off, is her pod fixed?" Grace asked as we looked over it nodding. "yeah just finished.." I said as it wasnt a big problem before seeing the girls looking at one another. "sorry.." they said before kendra pulled out the spark plugs. "woah what are you doing?" Will said as they back from us.

        "buying us all time.. okay" Kendra explained opening bag seeing shit ton of spark plugs that looked more than just from the racing pods. "this should buy us time for at least a week.. " kendra said as if they had a plan and of course they werent going to tell us. "let us in?" david asked as they shook their head "later.. we got some hiding to do"  grace said before they took off from the docks.

        "did they just do that?" Dalton said as we all looked at one another. "how are we not used to this?"I questioned as we all shook our head in confusion. No matter what they were planning we stood behind them. We are all just whipped for the girls we are falling in love with hard.

Author's POV

        "Norman, thing better be running smoothly up there for my arrival.. I trust you have everything under control" The president of the resort spoke though the video call to the manager and host of the event. "yes yes of course things are running smoothly, yes of course a few gliches here and there but everything is running perfectly" Norman continued to ramble till the president put his hand up motioning him to shut up.

        "They better, cause when I come up there at end of week, we will be ready to unviel the next stage of project moon" The man spoke sending over facts of the plans to Norman who looked over smiling like any puppet would. "these look splendid! and this will be the greatest of man kind!" Norman said kissing ass as the man could see and hated it.

        " well just make sure you do not screw up these races.. we need a new face for our project so get back to work!" the man demanded before ending the call on that note. "I will.. I will.." Norman spoke to himself before locking the blueprints within his desk then soon left his office locking it behind him with key stashed in his pockets to keep their secert one till this week over.
