George and I ended up sitting together alone. We couldn't stand to be around his family right now. He was quiet, and so was I. My mind was just racing. We couldn't deny this any longer. I had to say something to him.

"Nearly everything she's said has happened," I say, and I know George knows what I'm talking about. "First the two children, then my dad was killed. And then Fred, my sister, and her husband. That's three members of my family and one of the twins I am close to. There's only one thing left to happen. We can't deny it. You're going to meet someone soon, and you're going to love her more than you love me."

George actually smiles at this, this reaction surprised me.

"I've been thinking about that, darling," he says, "What if she was wrong about that? What if she saw that I was going to fall in love with our child. What if we're having a daughter? What if she picked up on me loving my daughter, and interpreted it wrong. Because the only time I will ever love another woman more than I love you is if we have a daughter."

I never thought of that. It made sense, in a way. But we still didn't know for sure. "As lovely as that sounds, George, we don't know if that's true."

"We should go ask her then," he says, nonchalantly. "She's right there."

He didn't give me a chance to respond. He stood up and took my hand and took me over to where Trelawney was sitting with Parviti Patil. She smiled at us when we reached them. "Hello, I knew you'd want to come talk to me."

"We're sorry to bother you, professor," says George quickly.

Trelawney stands up then, still smiling. "It's not a bother at all. I was expecting you. You have a big question for me, don't you."

"Everything you said that would happen to Vangie has happened." Says George, "She lost her father, her sister, her brother-in-law, and my twin brother. Her sister had a baby, and Evangeline is pregnant. But I haven't fallen in love with anyone new. I haven't even met anyone new at all. I was wondering-"

"Oh I know what you're wondering, dear," says Trelawney, "and your suspicions are correct, my child. I'm afraid I was mistaken. I picked up on the female energy and George's love and I took it wrong. You must forgive me, dear, there was a lot of information coming at me at once that day. I'm afraid my mind must have been clouded."

George smiles so wide. I can't help but smile too. I wasn't going to lose George after all. He was going to be obsessed with our daughter, that was it. The most I had to worry about was him.spoiling her rotten.

"Thank you so much," says George.

"It's my pleasure, dear," Trelawney assures him.

We walked back to where we were sitting then. We just found out we were having a baby girl. This was so exciting. "George," I say, getting his attention. "Since we're having a girl, can we call her Nymphadora?"

He smiles lightly, "I think that's a great idea, love."

"And when we decide to have more children, if we have a boy I want to call him Fred."

He smiles wider now. "That sounds perfect, dear." He reached up to place some of my hair behind my ear and he kissed my forehead.

"We're going to have to pick new Godparents," I say, bringing the mood down now.

"Yeah," he agrees, nodding.

"What about Ron?" I ask, shrugging. "He's the next one of your brothers I'm closest to. It makes sense."

"Yeah," he agrees nodding, "I like that. And we can ask Ginny to be Godmother. She'd be so happy."

"Yeah," I agree, smiling, "I like that."

It's then that Ron and Hermione approached us. It's the first time I've seen either of them since the wedding. They were holding hands. It happened. It finally happened. I stood up and I hugged both of them tightly. I was just so glad they were both okay.

"We heard congratulations are in order," says Ron.

"Thank you, we were actually just talking about you," I tell him, "We want you to be Godfather."

A big smile takes over his face, "Really?"

George nods, "Yes, we do."

"Oh course I will," he says, smiling.

"As touching as this moment is," says Hermione, "We're trying to find Harry, have you seen him at all?"

"We haven't," I say, shaking head no.

Hermione looks at Ron, "That can only mean one thing then," she says, her voice was nearly cracking.

"You can't mean," says Ron but he doesn't finish his sentence.

I know what they're talking about.

"No." I say sternly. "He didn't. He didn't give himself to the Dark Lord."

Then we heard the sound of Voldemort’s voice again. “Harry Potter is dead. He was killed as he ran away, trying to save himself while you lay down your lives for him. We bring you his body as proof that your hero is gone. The battle is won. You have lost half of your fighters. My Death Eaters outnumber you, and The Boy Who Lived is finished. There must be no more war. Anyone who continues to resist, man, woman, or child, will be slaughtered, as well every member of their family. Come out of the castle and kneel before me, and you shall be spared. Your parents and children, your brothers and sisters will live and be forgiven, and you will join me in the new world we shall build together”

There was a still silence in the grounds as he spoke.

Everyone seemed to have followed suit outside. Where we saw Voldemort, his Death Eaters, and Hagrid holding Harry’s limp body as they approached us. The Dark Lord was glad to greet us. There was an outcry of screams when we saw Harry’s limp body, but I didn’t say anything.

Voldemort started spreading lies, saying that Harry was trying to save himself and leave the school, which anyone that knew Harry would know that was a lie. Neville shuffled forward, dragging an injured leg behind him slightly as he got closer to the Dark Lord. Bellatrix told Voldemort who he was as he approached.

“You’re a pureblood, boy, aren’t you?” Asked Voldemort.

“So what if I am?” spat Neville.

“You show spirit and bravery, you come of noble stock. You will make a very valuable Death Eater. We need your kind, Neville Longbottom.”

“I’ll join you when hell freezes over. Dumbledore’s Army!” hisses Neville and thrusts his fist into the air, causing an uproar of cheers that Voldemort silenced right away. Seconds later, what looked to be a misshapen bird flew out of the castle window. It dropped the sorting hat right in front of Neville, who picked it up. Voldemort said that Neville was going to make an example of what happened when people continued to defy him.

Neville kneels down, and takes something out of the hat. It was the sword of Gryffindor! In one, fluid motion, he swings the blade and cuts the snake’s head off. Voldemort screams. Harry then jumps out of Hagrid’s arms and makes a break towards the castle. He wasn’t dead! He was alive!

We all follow him back into the castle, fighting alongside him. George and I started fighting next to each other in the Great Hall. He and Lee took on Yaxley while Hermione and I jumped on a Death Eater named Dolohov, who I was told killed Lupin andy sister. We blocked everything he sent our way. He got fed up with this and his killing curse rebounded and shot back at him. We had avenged the loved ones that we lost, by killing the person who killed them

“Serves ya right,” I spit in his face and give him a swift kick in the face as well.

Ginny, who was supposed to be in the Room of Requirement, was trying to take on Bellatrix Lestrange herself. Bellatrix even brought up how Fred was dead, but then Mrs. Weasley got in between them shouting, “NOT MY DAUGHTER YOU BITCH!” and shot her own spell back at her.

The battle didn’t last much longer than that. George ran over to me as soon as the battle was over, picking up, spinning me around, and he placed a big, long, kiss onto my lips in celebration.

We went back to the Burrow that night instead of going back to our Flat at Diagon Alley. Then entire Weasley famy did. We were all very tired, and we just wanted to be together. I'd have to go see my mother when I woke up, and tell her the news about Dora and Remus. I didn't want to think about it.

George and I laid awake. Soon enough he turned on his side and looked at me and kissed my forehead saying, "I love you."

"I love you, too," I tell him.

"Out of everyone we've lost recently, I'm so glad I didn't lose you."

I look right into those kind, brown eyes and I say, "I'm glad I didn't lose you either."

He brings his head down to my belly and he lifts my shirt up a bit and says, "And I'm glad you're still here, too, baby Dora. Daddy loves you so much. You hear me? I love you."

He starts placing light kisses onto my belly, it tickles and it makes me giggle. "George," I say through my giggles, "She probably doesn't have ears yet. I don't think she can hear you."

"I don't care," he says, "She's going to know how much I love her."

"She will," I say smirking at him. "Trust me, she's going to be daddy's little princess and you're going to spoil her rotten."

He smirks, "You're damn right I will." He perches himself on his forearms so he's hovering over me and he leans down to kiss me on the lips.
