Once again, Jyn was back in the Realm of Good Spirits, but she didn't know how to get back out. She felt her chest. Nothing. No blood, or anything wet was felt.
Great, I'm stuck here... she thought.
' Oh no you're not. ' an unfamiliar voice said. She spun around. Nothing. She ran down the hill and looked around.
' You're not done yet. ' the voice continued.
And out of nowhere a man was standing right behind Jyn. Jyn got startled and fell backwards once she turned. The man chuckled.
' What you did was incredibly brave. ' he praised her, his voice still as calm as a resting lion.
' Wait... you look familiar... ' Jyn murmured.
' Oh, do I? ' the man chuckled again.
' ... where have I seen you... are you the man I met in the bathroom when I accidentally went to the male's... oh wait no hang on... '
Jyn shook her head wildly and looked closely at him.
' You're Zavyer Elliot! ' she gasped excitedly. Zavyer nodded.
' Wow, you look like Anthony... I mean... he is your son... '
Jyn didn't know what she was saying, or what she was talking about.
' Hmm... you've grown, Jyn, ' he smiled, ' the last time I saw you, you were only half the size of a chicken. Yet you were so calm, so good. I wish I could've seen you grow up, Jyn. '
' That was 16 years ago. I'm already 17! Of course I've grown. ' Jyn giggled.
' You are just like your father, though he was sometimes seemed a little mischievous. ' said Zavyer.
Jyn smiled. Her mind slapped itself to get her back into the problem.
' Oh, wait erm... sir? How do I finish what I need to do? It's full moon tonight. And when the moon shows itself, everything will go into the Darkness! Unless we do something, but first... I haven to get out of here... '
Zavyer smiled. He seemed to be taking his time.
' I think I can handle that. ' he said and whistled. Axel swooped down and glided, landing gently onto Jyn's shoulder. Jyn smiled.
' Axel! Wait... I thought he was supposed to be with Gunnar in the Darkness? '
' Oh, so you think that's Axel's spirit? Well, look closer. Do you see him? Or you? ' Zavyer said wisely and chuckled again. Jyn looked deep into Axel's eyes. His eyes were amber and his pupils were flaming orange. Jyn stared at her reflection in his eyes. She eventually knew what Zavyer meant.
' It's... its you, Axel! It's really you! ' said Jyn happily as she went to hug him. The phoenix was a bird and wasn't so used to hugging like an actual human, so he clapped his wings furiously, desperate for Jyn to let go. Finally, Jyn let go and Axel turned his back on her, his feathers sparkling on his talons.
' But Axel... how did you die? '
' Axel, is a part of you, Jyn. Wherever you are, he'll always be with you, even though you don't see him. '
Axel looked at Jyn with his amber, fiery orange eyes. Jyn smiled me stroked his head, every stroke felt warmer and smoother. Axel chirped a brief, lovely song, feeling the comfort in every stroke.
' You'd better go now, Jyn. You still have an enemy to defeat, a world to save. ' said Zavyer.
' Thank you, sir. ' said Jyn gratefully.
