"Put me on a tie," said Tay flatly as he handed the tie to New had just sat on the dining room chair.

New looked doubtful as to if he didn't want to do what Tay asked him to do. But if he refuses, he doesn't know what will happen to him. Maybe Tay would cut off his hand. Just imagining it made him shudder with horror.

New takes the tie from Tay's hand as he stands up. Then he began to carefully tie Tay's neck. Even though New didn't show any expression, Tay realized that New's hand was shaking.

"Are you afraid of me?" Tay's question surprised New.

New gasped. "No," he argued quickly without looking at Tay.

"I know you're avoiding me," said Tay coldly, making New shut up immediately.

"You don't need to worry, I won't hurt just anyone," he continued as if he understood what New was afraid of.

New just kept quiet and didn't intend to reply to Tay's speech.

"It's finished," he said briefly and returned to his seat.

Instantly New's expression turned shady when he saw Nanon next to him. "Nano should eat vegetables too. This is good for Nano," he said cheerfully as he brought Nano carrot soup.

Tay cleared his throat.

New turned to Tay.

"I want that too," said Tay dryly as he glanced at the bowl of carrot soup.

New raised an eyebrow to see Tay who was staring at him and didn't move to take his food. Don't tell me he wants to be taken away like Nanon? Seeing Tay who was silent, meaning that his guess was correct.

New sighed softly. Then he took a small bowl and filled it with the soup that Tay had asked for. Then he gave it to Tay. "This is for you."

And rightly so, Tay accepted the bowl given by New.

"From now on, I also want you to serve me like Nanon."

New frowned. But he didn't want to think about it too much. It's not a difficult request for him, after all.

"Tomorrow, come with me," said Tay suddenly.

"Where?" asked New curiously.

"Wedding party."

"Why all of sudden?"

"I forgot to tell you," said Tay dismissively.

New clasped his hands tightly to stop himself from throwing the fork in Tay's face. Then he took a deep breath. "Then I'll go buy new clothes for Nano and me after this."

"I'm coming," said Tay dryly.

"What are you coming for?" New asked curtly.

"There is no prohibition that I can not participate in choosing clothes for my son."

New chuckled. "Did you forget? You have to go to the office now if you don't want to be late."

"Who cares?" replied Tay arrogantly.

After finishing shopping, New went to the cashier counter to pay for the various clothes he had chosen. Surprisingly, not only New but Tay also took part in choosing clothes for Nanon. Although initially, he had to argue with Tay first because of differences of opinion.

"I will pay," said Tay giving a black card to the cashier.

New did not try to prevent Tay at all, because he was still annoyed by Tay for bothering him with shopping. Just let Tay's money be drained to pay for those expensive clothes.

"Come on out," Tay said walking to carry New's shopping bag.

New followed Tay from behind as he took Nanon's hand.

After putting New's bags in the backseat, Tay moved to the steering seat.

"Nanon is sleeping?" Tay asked when he found Nanon hugging New with his eyes closed.

"Yes, Nano must be tired," said New as he rubbed Nanon's back affectionately.

"You can move Nanon into the backseat, your back will hurt if you sit like that," said Tay as he started the car.

"It's ok, Nano is not as heavy as you think," New replied lightly.

"Now he looks fuller than before," Tay spoke again.

New smile breaks. "It makes Nano look more adorable."

"You seem to like kids so much," Tay asked flatly while focusing on driving.

"Because they're cute. You don't like them?" New asked back.

"I don't dislike it. It's just that I hate the sound of small children crying."

New smiles sarcastically. "That's why you put Nanon in the farthest room."

"When I was little, my mother treated me like that too."

"And you took it all out on Nanon?!" New asked in a slightly high tone.

"Even though you know it hurts, but you still treat Nanon the same way your mother did to you."

"Too much," said New who looked disappointed in him. "I did not mean to hurt Nanon."

"But you already hurt him." New's words immediately made Tay pause with a face that was difficult to intercept.
