"Miss L/N, will you please go to the faculty room? I've got some job for you" your teacher announced before going out of the classroom.

"Oh looks like she's finally transferring to a higher class" a girl classmate whispered to her seatmate ready to gossip about you.

"Eh? But she ain't that smart, she's just normal, she literally only study when there are exams?" her seatmate replied.

You yawned and get up lazily not minding their non-sense comments about you, your classmates always thought so highly of you as you always get the highest scores every exam, but that's literally it, you're not really smart or whatever, you're just good at remembering and memorizing things that's why you only study the night before exams.

"I wonder what kind of job? I'm too lazy to do anything tch such a bother" you murmured to yourself.

Unlike any other kids you didn't grow up the way your parents were expecting you to, you're extremely lazy and just sleep all the time, you don't really like spending too much energy on the things you didn't like, what kind of things do you like anyway? Sleep.

With your bag on your back, you made your way to the faculty, you greeted all of them before going in to show respect.

"Takeda-sensei?" you called out to the teacher who made you come.

"Ah L/N-san I'm sorry to make you come all the way here" the teacher apologized and you just gave him a lazy smile practically saying that it was fine, you're cute anyway.

"Were you saying something?" he said making you flustered, did he heard that?

You showed him a timidly smile "Ah no, you must be hearing things sensei"

"So, what kind of job is it?"

Takeda's eyes sparkled remembering the job he's assigning to you "This might be a bother to you but will you please help Hinata?"

Your face created a frown "Sorry, but who is he?" you questioned, completely oblivious that the boy he was talking about is your classmate.

He chuckled before answering "Hinata's your classmate L/N-san, he's just behind your seat"

You let out a small gasp before forming your lips into an 'o' shape "Oh that energetic ball of sunshine?" you blurted out making Takeda smirk.

Your eyes widen at his expression, you knew you chose the wrong words to describe the boy "Oh- uh- I- please don't think so weirdly about it! It's just that he's really energetic and bubbly, so bright even his hair compliments his personality!" you defended yourself even though Takeda didn't say anything.

He laughed at you "It's alright, many of us think the same"

"How can I help him?" you asked, changing the direction of your topic, Takeda shrugged and whispered 'right, the job'

"Hinata's grades aren't really good, and he's on the volleyball club you know that it isn't really acceptable for students to continue a club if they have failing grades" he started, and you were petrified.

He's basically asking me to tutor that boy! Holy shit why me? How do I even teach someone? And I don't think I can last long together with that energetic boy! He'll suck all of my energy right away!

You started panicking on your mind "Why me?"

Takeda was taken aback by your question "Well I think you might be a good tutor for him" he answered

You sighed and nodded, even though you were against it you really want to refuse or complain this was the first time a teacher asked you to do something so you thought you need to do it and give a good impression.

Since classes are over you thought that maybe Hinata already went home so you started walking away from the school but then you remembered that Takeda-sensei said that he's in the volleyball club, I'm sure they're practicing right now.

Maneuvering yourself, you run through the school buildings to go to the gym.

"I must talk to him today about it so I can finally be free from my thoughts of finding him tomorrow morning" you probably looked like an idiot talking to yourself but you didn't care.

Sounds of volleyballs hitting the floor and shoes squeaking against it reached your ears, the door wasn't closed yet so they still might be warming up.

"Uhm excuse me" you were shocked at how your not so loud voice echoed in the gym.

Your simple and short words made all of them stop from whatever they're doing, they all looked in your direction with anticipating eyes, but you didn't care what matters to you right now is finding the ball of sunshine-

"OHHH L/N-SAN!" as if on cue, the orange-haired boy appeared from your left side his stomach slightly showing as he was changing his shirt when you got there, you flushed red. You were surprised to hear him say your last name, I didn't even know him yet he knows me? I feel bad.

"Boke Hinata! At least put your shirt properly first before showing yourself!" his teammate who seems to be really intimidating reprimanded him.

"You know her Hinata?" a grey-haired dude asked, probably a senior.

Hinata nodded showing a proud face "She's my classmate!" he said, a taller dark-haired boy then appeared behind him

"Is there something we can do for you?" he asked, a sense of responsibility was evident in his voice like he's the one who leads the team.

You nodded and pointed at Hinata "Can I talk to him for a second?" you said and he smiled and pushed the confused boy who's pointing his finger at himself to your way.

"OI OI NO WAY?! IS HINATA GETTING A GIRLFRIEND BEFORE US?" two voices exaggerated, they're energetic like Hinata, maybe he gets his energy from them?

Maybe it's really possible for people to transfer energy? Oh no what if Hinata's energy transfers to me, no, no that's gonna be bad I don't wanna be loud as him and-

"L/N-san?" Hinata cut you off from your thoughts, you jerk at his sudden call.

"Oh right! Takeda-sensei asked me to help you out for exams, I'll give you my number so please just text or maybe call me when you're free!" you said not showing any hesitations of giving your number to him, it doesn't really matter to you.

Meanwhile, the usually loud boy stood there completely speechless, his slow brain couldn't process and follow up with what was happening. He took the paper from you naturally as if he wasn't fazed by it, which made you glad "Oh he's not like the other boys who freak out when a girl gives them their number huh?"

"O-Okay, I-I'll text you" you frowned at his sudden stuttering but you ignored it as you really wanted to go home right away.

"Okay then, I'm going now I just came here to tell you that," you said before running away from him.

Hinata blinked a few more times before he finally realized what just happened "HOLY SHIT, GODDAMN NOYA-SAN, TANAKA-SAN!" he yelled going inside the gym once again to brag about it only to find out that his teammates were eavesdropping behind the doors.

"Seems like Hinata will have a girlfriend first before you two!" Sugawara said with an evil laugh, teasing the second years.

"SHE DID IT BECAUSE SHE WAS ASKED BY TAKEDA-SENSEI! THERE'S NO WAY THEY WOULD BE TOGETHER!" Nishinoya said as if he's stating a fact.

Hinata's plan of bragging about it was shattered because of that but he didn't give up "You're not sure about the last one Noya-san!"

But instead of siding with him, his teammates teased him about it "OHHH DO YOU LIKE HER THEN, SHOYO?" Nishinoya asked while wiggling his eyebrows, all of them have this smug look on their faces

But Hinata's answer wiped it all off.

"L/N-san is very pretty and I can tell she's nice too, what's there not to like?" he said with a serious tone and dangerous stare cocking his head to his right.
