13. The Yule Ball - Pt. 2

George was with Camille, Lee was with Cormac McGlaggen (unexpectedly), Angelina was with Sakura, Katie and Alicia went as friends, and of course, Fred and Elodie were together.

"Ah there you are Ms. Potter! Are you and Mr Weasley ready?"
"Ready, professor!" Elodie said
"I wish your brother had the same enthusiasm as you, Elodie." She replied

"Oh and as for you eight, you may proceed into the great hall with your partners..." she asked the pairs' friends.

"Good luck you two!" Angelina said

Elodie clasped Fred's hand and led him to where the champions were - in the procession.

The trumpets began to play as Fleur Delacour and Roger Davies led them to the dance floor.

Elodie could see all of their friends smiling and waving at them, as they followed everyone else from the back.
Her brother and Padma Patil were in front of them.

They walked proudly as everyone clapped.
Fred waved to everyone acting like he was royalty whilst his partner giggled at him making a fool out of himself.

Professor Flitwick started the orchestra and the champions began to dance.

With skiving the dance lessons, Fred and Elodie did not dance as well as they had hoped, but somehow they managed to pull through.

Fred held onto her waist and Elodie put her arms around his neck as they waltzed around the room. He picked her up and spun her around like she weighed nothing.

Soon, the teachers began to join the dance, and then followed the students.

Elodie looked around the room to see her friends dancing elegantly with their partners.

Draco and Emaline were waltzing romantically. around a crowd of people. They stared at each-other with a gaze she could only hope for in the future with fred.
Emaline and Draco were in love. Anyone could see it.
And although they're only 15, Draco has never looked as happy as he did at that moment.

Once the dance came to a halt, Draco led Emaline to the back of the room and began to kiss her. She smirked and pulled the curtain so that no one could see them anymore.

Later, a rock song came on. This really got Fred going as he led his partner back to the dance floor and began to jump. Elodie did the same thing.

George came over to the pair and shouted over the music:
"Let's start a mosh pit!"

Fred giggled and the twins got everyone to carry Flitwick over a crowd of people.

Everyone's arms were waving towards the band playing, and it was seriously, one of the best moments of their lives.

The music settled down a bit and Fred spoke up:
"Lee and George spiked the pumpkin juice with fire-whiskey. Want some?"
"Go on then..."
she smiled at the boy and walked over to her brother, who was now, alone.

"Everything okay?" She tapped his shoulder.
He turned around "oh yeah, everything's fine. Hermione and Ron have just gone off to argue. As always." He scoffed

"She looked rather beautiful tonight didn't she?"
"She did. Oh and you do too! I forgot to say."
"Why thank you!" She replied

She turned around to see Hermione screaming at Ron.
"You better go and see what that's about." Elodie said
"Yeah... goodnight El." Harry said

Fred came over with the drinks and noticed that she was wearing the necklace.

"It looks good on you."
"Thank you. And not just for this but for everything. Somehow you've managed to put up with me for all these years and-"
"I wouldn't have it any other way." He interrupted

They each took a few sips of their drinks, and headed back to the dance floor to see about 5 couples slow dancing. Including Draco and Emaline who were looking slightly disheveled.

Fred took her hand as he did and the dance practise and held on to her.

He swayed with her as if it was just the two of them in the room.

They stopped for a moment and they both leant in. But Fred moved his lips towards her ear.

"Let's take this upstairs." He smirked

He held on to her hand and Elodie looked towards Emaline's way, where they were both grinning at each other.

"We didn't have sex!" Emaline mouthed

Elodie was in tears and had to hold her sides as she made her giggle so much.

Pretty much everyone was asleep so they had to be quiet whilst laughing and running through the halls.
Elodie took off her heels so she was carrying them.

They finally reached the portrait, said the password, and ran up to Fred's dorm where no one was there. Lee must have been in Cormac's dorm and George must have been with Camille.

Elodie opened her bag to get a condom.
He smirked at her preparation.

"Are you sure you wanna do this El?" He asked
"Positive." She replied

He picked her up, put her on the table and began kissing her.
He paused for a moment, then pulled her dress over her head.

He stared at her in awe.

"Your turn." Elodie smiled, and helped him unbutton his shirt.

She leant back in to the kiss

He pulled away again and said: "I think we'd better try it on a bed for the first time don't you think?"
She giggled and nodded.

They held hands and walked to the bed.
He slightly pushed her so that she was lying down, and that he was crouching over her.
