So this is my first time writing and publishing a book...please be patient with when I update like I said I am new to this and also have classes to deal with! :) That being said please enjoy!! Btw these are all OCs but the book is in Liv's perspecti...
Ok so before I start writing the story itself I just wanted to apologize in advance if something isn't spelled right or sounds weird. I have a really hard time writing but my friends convinced me to try this so please no hate! Thanks and enjoy! Oh yeah, and also this is in the perspective of one of the main characters, Liv. You'll find out more later! :D
I woke up to the familiar sound of my phone vibrating in my pocket. It the alarm that I had set for myself thirty minutes earlier when I had almost fallen asleep standing up.
I stared at my phone groggily, trying to remember what I had set it for and why my neck was so sore. That's when I looked around to notice that I was behind a dumpster...
"Oh yeah, I live here." I whispered, my mood dropping farther by the second. Little did I know that it was about to hit rock bottom.
My alarm went off again before I realized that I had set not only two but four knowing that I would not be able to stay on task.
Luckily, this alarm had a name. "Get your lazy ### up its go time"
Then I remembered. It was time to go rob the bank. Yay.
I've hated stealing from that poor little bank on the corner of Wrentcester Avenue, and had originally planned to just avoid it completely and starve. But of course after five days without eating, I had given in and planned my, ask much as I hate to say it, evil scheme.
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely HATE stealing. That's the one thing I've always hated, mostly because it seemed like everything I loved had been stolen from me. But hey, I'm great!
Snapping back to reality, I quickly turn off all of my other alarms so that they would not go off when I was in the building.
Checking the time, I realized that it was now 1:45 am. Perfect.
I crawled out from behind the dumpster shivering from the frigid air that surrounded me the second that I left the safety of behind the rusty blue oversized trash can.
I stood up slowly, checking around the corner to make sure that the coast was clear.
Once I was sure I wouldn't get seen, I flipped my hood onto my head and jogged over to the back entrance of the bank, which was conveniently located close to the dumpster that I lived behind.
Luckily the hoodie covered my ears, which would definitely make me stand out if I were caught. (A/N as shown in this quick sketch I made sorry I do draw traditionally on paper so it won't look as professional but it should give you an idea of what Liv might look like!)

(A/N liv has a wolf quirk. she has a tail and wolf ears instead of human ears, along with some other qualities that wolves share! didn't know how to add this into the story so just explaining now! :D)
I reached under the doormat and felt for the key that the owner leaves. He doesn't know that I know where it is of course, but then again he also doesn't know that I exist so there's that.
After finding the key I put it in the door and twisted it until I heard a click. I then tried to open it with no luck.
'I guess it was unlocked before then...strange, the owner always locks the door behind him at night...' I thought with unease as I slowly unlocked the door again and stepped inside.
I walked by the counter with caution, already doubting my decision to come in here in the first place. However, just then my stomach growled loudly, reminding me that I have no other choice.
I looked on the computer to see that an idiot had left a combination of letters and numbers on a sticky note that he had labeled "safe combo."
I stifled a laugh and started looking for a safe. It wasn't terribly hard, since the safe was on the table directly across from the computer.
You opened the safe using the combination, which unsurprisingly worked, and noticed that inside was the key to the main vault. This literally could not be easier.
I crept up the stairs and tiptoed to the room labeled "Main Vault." I opened the door as if it could explode if I went too fast, but of course that couldn't happen, mostly because it was a door.
Once I was in the room I took a second to realize that not only would there probably be security cameras in the main vault but also a hardcore security system.
Taking that into consideration, I gently unlocked the vault door and surveyed the area. I activated my quirk, making my eyes change from brown to a vibrant gold.
Using my night vision, I could see that there were what looked to be touch sensitive lasers lining the ground.
"Too easy." I muttered, lightly jumping over all of the lasers with impressive speed. I gripped the money, since for once it didn't look like there was any security on the pedestal that it laid on itself.
Now all that was left was to erase the security tapes.
I ran down the stairs to the security camera room, knowing that the alarm would go off any second now.
I have always been pretty good with tech, and erased the security footage, therefore canceling the emergency alarms before they could go off.
But there was one thing that you forgot to listen for in all of the rush of getting in and out of the bank.
(A/N and that's the end of the first chapter! I will try my best to update at least once every two days or hopefully once a day. See y'all next chapter! )
