To say Soul disliked Sam would be like saying Dom's father was a bit unreasonable.
Like, come on, dude. It's not "giving up" if you stop chasing after a girl when she tells you she's not interested. It's "respectful" and "common decency."
Of course, since when was Sam respectful or understanding of common decency?
"Dear gord, Sam, just leave already!" Silly yelled, helping Soul usher Sookie into the girl's restroom.
"But I-" Sam attempted, but Soul was at her wit's end.
She pointed a finger at the school's front doors, straining to keep her claws from appearing and shredding the rabbit hybrid's face to unrecognizable pieces. "GET. OUT."
Sam smiled that stupid, annoying smile of his. "Get out of what-"
"EVERYTHING. The school, the town, Japan, our lives. LEAVE."
He looked like he was about to protest, so Soul brandished her hand again, this time letting the menacing owl claws of hers show themselves. "OUT!"
Silence.
Grumbling and angrily muttering, Sam did leave, though Soul could still see his obnoxious face in her mind. Before she could punch a hole in the wall in pure anger, she burst into the restroom where her girlfriend and Silly were sitting, trying to fix the former up from the rabbit hybrid's violation of her personal space. Gord, Soul was ready to kill him, rip him to shreds.
"Whoa, Soul, calm down," Silly warned, evidently reading the rage written all over the owl hybrid's face.
"Why should I," she growled. "He's a jerk and I've had enough of him, he deserves all of my, my wrath-"
"Soul," Sookie whispered, and Soul finally shut her beak- mouth- whatever.
She sighed, walking up to her girlfriend and rubbing her back in a comforting manner. "Sorry. Maybe I got a bit carried away. But Sam is a... I don't even have insults strong enough for him at this point."
Silly chuckled, a surprisingly dark sound coming from someone who had been described as a sweet, pure cinnamon roll by different people on multiple occasions. "Same though, honestly."
Sookie smiled softly. "He's an idiot."
"Simple, but it works," Soul laughed, feeling the utter hatred in her stomach melting.
For now, at least.
