If you don't find time for your health, illness will take all of your time
Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live.
A man's health can be judged by which he takes two at a time - pills or stairs.
A "rich man" is never able to buy a second more of life. For most, it is not until we're on our death bed that we come to understand true wealth is in health, unforgettable moments, and love embodiment. Take a moment to appreciate the abundance that we dwell in. This is the gift of life. Be well.
