Chapter 20

Emma's POV

"Emma! Emma wake up!" I flutter my eyes open to Niall shaking me.

"Hmm? Oh hi Niall." I say with a smile on my face, still droopy eyed.

"Hi babe. We're a half hour away and thought I should get you up."

"Yeah thanks." I say stretching my arms out.

"Have a nice nap?" Niall asks hovering over my face.

"Yeah I did." I say wrapping my arms around his neck and pull him down connecting our lips.

He overlaps his lips with mine and gently touches my cheek. He parts from me and we lock eyes for a second. I love his eyes they are the prettiest shade of blue.

"There's something we need to talk about." He says with a concerned look on his face.

"What about?" I ask sitting up.

"You had a nightmare while you were asleep..."

"Oh... you know?"

"Yeah you were talking in your sleep." He answered my unasked question and sits down next to me. "What happened?"

"Nothing.." I say looking down.

"Stop lying." He says putting a finger under my chin and tilting it upward so that I'm looking into his beautiful eyes.

"I'm not lying..."

"You are... Now please tell me." He reassured me and I let out a long sigh.

"Well... First, we had gotten home and then my ex Nick showed up... And.... You saw me with him.. Then he.... he-" I cut off and started to sob as Niall wrapped his arms around me. "He kissed me and you saw then you broke up with me. But then after I begged you not to leave me you said you weren't going anywhere. It was all so confusing."

I snuggle into his chest and Niall squeezes me closer.

"Ssshhh baby its ok..." Niall comforts me and kisses the top of my head. "Don't worry it was just a dream. It won't happen."

"How do you know?" I ask in between sobs.

"Because I trust you to never let anyone kiss you but me. And I love you to much." He pulls away and I blush.

He holds my face in his palms and wipes my tears away with his thumbs. I look up and met his shiny blue orbs. I'm instantly captivated. Everytime I make eye contact with him I become hyptonized.

"Understand." He says and I nod. "I love you my little Emmaline."
