Paige got a job. So she's been gone for a while. She gets home after my bed time so I don't see her much. Yesterday she had a day off. That didn't go well. Mummy and daddy were yelling and I think daddy was crying. I hid behind the couch but i heard everything. I was crying too. Paige came home and saw. She ran to me and picked me up while hugging me. She started yelling at mum and dad. She then stormed out with me. We went to the wood area behind the house. She asked me if I knew what happened. I told her mummy cheated on daddy and has for 7 years. I didn't know what it meant but she obviously did. She played with me until dark but then she took me home. Daddy was asleep and mummy was gone. Paige hasn't told me what cheating means yet and I have no idea where mummy is but I'm sure she will be back soon. Paige sent me to bed but then she started writing in her book. This time it said

"Just get over it" they say
I wish I could find a way
Living with it day by day
Memories won't go away
Medication helps to sway
Many feelings of dismay
But they do fail to decay
The loss that one does survey
