JUST A FILLER

Jordyn

"Come on Noodle. Get on up here." Jordyn cooed at her blue eyes husky as he tried to jump on the bed with her and Grape.

Noodle braced himself and jumped up on the bed as Jordyn cheered him on giving him a hug and rubbed her hand on his coat.

Noodle and Grape started to play with one another as Jordyn sat against her head board with her Apple Laptop sitting on her lap. Jordyn was busy doing online shopping. It was late in the afternoon. Kids went on Christmas break today and it was kind of a busy day since people were catching flights and driving home today to be with families.

Jordyn didn't live on campus so she didn't have to deal with the hallways being crowded and all that other shit. Jordyn did not book a flight back home. She refused to go back home with her dysfunctional ass family.

Her friends kept trying to convince her to go back home instead of spending Christmas alone. She didn't budge because she promised a special someone that she would fly with him to go to see his family for Christmas.

{Flashback}
A few days ago...

"Are you really not gonna go see your family for Christmas?" Christian asked Jordyn who was busy painting her toe nails with white polish as they sat on her long black couch.

"Why would I go down there if I'm not happy? That whole go hippy family image they're trying to put on is not what I'm about to do." Jordyn rolled her eyes as Christian blinked a few times eyeing her.

"I'm not gonna press you about it. But I don't want you spending Christmas alone." Christian said.

"It's fine. I'll be fine. It's not that serious."

"It is that serious. I refuse to let you stay down here in this damn apartment by yourself on one of your favorite holidays." The handsome man said drawing closet to Jordyn on the couch as Jordyn was letting her toes air dry.

"So what do you want me to do?" Jordyn asked quite lowly as she concentrated on her toes still trying to maintain a conversation.

"..Shit," Christian scratched the back of his head as he grew uneasy. He didn't know what her reaction was gonna be. He just wanted her to say yes. But he knew Jordyn could be specially since their relationship wasn't exactly official.

"You wanna come home with me? I mean my folks won't mind you coming over. They been asking about you anyway." Christian moved his lips as he let the question roll of his tongue as Jordyn held a blank expression on her face looking at him.

Biting her lip as she let her eyes roam his face. She thought he was beautiful.

"Uhm-..are you sure? I mean what're you gonna tell them if I were to come? I mean me and you aren't exactly together."

"Tell them the truth." Christian shrugged.

"That we have sex all the time as we work towards a relationship?" Jordyn joked laughing lightly.

Christian furrowed his brows. Licking his lower lip as he eyes Jordyn seriously. He didn't like it when she made jokes about their current situation-ship.

"No, that I treat you like my girl and we damn sure act like a couple but you're to scared to give us a title." Christian jibed.

"I mean if you wanna be that technical." Jordyn said being a smart ass making Christian narrow his eyes at her as he moved his eyes over her attire.
