It was quite the normal day for Kocho Shinobu.

Sitting atop the roof of her sweet abode, the Butterfly estate. The thick aroma of Wisteria whirling in the air, round and round, in a gentle flow. The dainty lady put her legs together, forming an "Indian sit".

"What are you doing here, Tomioka-san?" she asked.

He stayed silent for a brief moment, taking in a deep breath.

He exhaled in a big huff, then looked towards the woman.

"I'm here to help you"

The insect pillar giggled lightly. she? in need of help? no way.

"I'm serious." the man continued.

"I see what you're doing. Your tricks won't work on me, so let me help you."

Shinobu suddenly dropped the smile on her face, and furrowed her eyebrows.

"I appreciate the sentiment and concern, but this is something I can deal with myself, thank you very much."

Giyuu sighed, he knew she'd be difficult and egoistical, but it never actually went into his head that she was this stubborn.

He grabbed both her shoulders, and forcefully turned her to face him.

He hung his head lower, not out of shame, but more out of exhaustion.

"Look, just let me give you a hand, I can clearly see that you need it."

She turned the other way and crossed her arms.

"Hmph. Fine. But only when I say so."
