it had been three days without talking to anyone. alex was worried. karl was stressed. michelle just left her apartment. she knew leilani needed time. but they had moved right next to eachother. this had been enough time. she prepared to knock on the door, but turned around and went home. lani would respond when she was ready, elle decided.

leilani hiraeth sighed. she was so tired. alexis had drained all of her energy and she hadn't even talked to him. alexis was devastated about everything. what leilani saw broke her heart, but she didn't really know the full story. the girl finally decided to check her phone.

'fuck,' she thought. of course william told her father. and her mom. she loves mexico. britain is not good for her, no matter how many of her friends lived there. her mom was so toxic and that's probably why her dad moved.  everyone was right. she needed to get back in contact with them. well maybe not alex. but everyone else. she stared with will, of course. then elle and karl. everyone else could wait. (she obviously left alexis on read, it's what he deserved.)

leilani got immediate responses from everyone, which was kinda scary. but she pushed it all aside and got ready for bed, knowing tomorrow she would respond to her (ex?) boyfriend. oh how she was excited.
