STARR ACKERMAN somehow always found herself waking up at around 3 in the morning. but she simply got dressed and walked into the mess hall, seeing her cousin, levi and her commander; erwin talking at a table, most likely anout the next mission.
she waved and walked over to a table with the 10 graduates + armin. she figured it would be the best seat and sat in front of eren, and being as tired as she was she placed her forehead on the table with a grumpy expression.
"the hell is wrong with you?" said jean, with a teasing tone, making her glare at him, gaining a shiver from, only for him to turn his head away as she rolled her eyes.
"im fucking exhausted. i dont wanna pick any of you guys, just stay in your own squads.."
"i say ryohei, jinsoo, jihyo, ryujin and maybe taehyun.." levi suggested pointing to the skilled friend group in the corner of the room but she sighed them off and just said nodded
"dont be a bitch about it. its just a squad" levi quickly said before putting a hand on his temple turning around to finish his food quietly
"we need to go down to the cell.. I need to show you something.. and plus I want to talk to you" he said looking her in the eye and she nodded
he took his leave first before she followed after him not before cleaning her face off with the sweat from the heat radiating off the sun
she caught up to him and saw his hands in his pockets giving her a side eye but still looking forward at the hallway as the two walked down
"you're an ackerman, right? and also you and mikasa have history with each other so how come i didnt meet you?"
"i dont know. my family said i could meet and talk to other people, but honestly i satyed inside. i was a weird kid.." she giggled
"i expected a smart person would have took the offer.." he chuckled slightly and she rolled her eyes before turning away making him look forward as she was turned backwards
"i dont really regret it anyways.." she then took a step forward in attempt to walk away
but he grabbed her shoulder pushing her against a wall with his hand beside her head putting a hand on her waist and his face by her ear
"can you at least stay? i need to ask you some seeious questions though." eren whispered as she just chuckled at him before rolling her eyes at him with her signature smirk in her face before he raised an eyebrow
"really? what you gonna do, kiss me? this is a waste of time." she pushed him off her waist before he gripped her back pulling her closer towards him as he breathed on her neck
"no, but, you're gonna listen to me." he repeated before her breath hitched from the warmath of his making him chuckle and remove his hand from her back and move his hand away from her neck
"next time, I might just kiss you" he stated before grabbing her hnad and pulling her towards the direction of the shed softly before letting it go and unlocking it with his key
"please do.." she whispered under her breath
he stepped inside pulling her in with him before he shut the door and locked it and soon he sat down on the high futon and she sat on the one across from him
"sit on my lap." he said as she looked up at him raising an eyebrow before he sighed and picked her up by the waist and sat in his lap as he wrapped his hands around her waist laying his head into her neck
"why aren't you a shifter? you should've taken it, you could've stopped my brother from doing all this shit." he said into her shoulder making her shiver but he carefully injected the titan serum in her
"I didn't wanna hurt anyone.. zeke's hated me since I was born, I couldn't do it anyways." she stated trying to look at the 20 year old on her shoulder
"who cares? you've always wanted freedom, who gives a fuck if you hurt anyone, if you just took the shit when you were one instead of breaking it, I wouldn't have had to become a shifter." he sighed
"i don't give a fuck about none of that shit, I just want to live a normal life" she turned around on his lap to face him as he took his head off her shoulder
"plus, wouldn't I have hurt you?" she asked as he just looked her up and down at her slight muscular build
"yeah, I don't care. now i have to deal with this mess.. " he trailed off before pulling her forward into a hug
"im sorry.. but either way, my family's blood isn't made to be a titan shifter, I could die. plus I don't even care about humanity at this point." she stated as he looked at her before pulling away helping her off his lap as he got up
"yeah yeah, it's okay." he sighed and opened the door letting her out first as he walked out behind her taking a step to get beside her
"why did I have to sit in your lap..? that was not even needed." she asked raising an eyebrow and he smirked at her before chuckling
"you'll find out." he stated before walking away from her and towards his room but not before hiving a slight side hug making her roll her eyes and walk away to hers
