"Then, START"

I fell directely into a defensive pose. Alera and me circeled around eachother like fighting pumas. I had my suitcase, where my syringes rest, in my right hand.  In my left hand  I had manifested  some Nen to punch Alera. If my plan worked, she would underestimate my power and go into offensive. Then, I would insert some of my real Poppy-Poison that wasn't made out of my Nen into her blood.

Directely in that moment, she jumped towards me. Her mouth got bigger and bigger, I could see all of her shark teeth that rotated now. She wanted to bite my head of! I ditched her attack, but if I would have been any less fast, it would've been to late.

I just HAD to win. If I'd lose, I would simply be killed by a guy I rescued from death. That sounded weird, but I'm sure he could have rescued himself if he had a little more time, and now he is mad that I interrupted him in that experiment.

Alera runned towards me again, and released more Aura then before. Her mouth got even bigger, and now she started ro grow shark teeth all over her body. I comcentrated, after I ditched her attack again, and opened my own offense.

"Poppy-Poison!", I screamed, and my syringes filled up with some kimd of red juice. I let one dozen of them attack Alera, but the ones she couldn't ditch didn't got through the shark-teeth. She started to laugh.

"Awww, the poor doctor hasn't any syringes that can hurt me? Well, you shouldn't be a doctor then!"

"Realised how you also couldn't hurt me? It's better if you stay quiet", I said, smiling.

My plan was quite simple, but so was Alera. She didn't even had a chance to grow new teeth when the rest of my syringes attacked her from the back.

The syringes drilled through her skin right into her back. Aleras face transformed into a mask of pain, and she fell to the ground. But she didn't lose conciousnes like I wanted her to.

"I- I wont lose to y-you!" She screamed.

"Oh, you just did."

I slowly moved towards her and summonded a gun right into my hand.

The gun shivered in my hand.

"Do you give up?", I asked while pointing the gun at her head.

"Never", she said and jumped back up, still a bit tattered but standing.

She wasn't as good as Kurapika who could resist more than the double amount. He thought I made it with my Nen, but I don't make the poison, I summond it.

Alera started to attack me again. She runned towards me and two knifes manifested in her hands.

She aimed the knifes at my head and her teeth at my feet. I retried the back-attack, but now she had taken precautions. Her back was now protected by shark-teeth.

I started to harden my syringes without her noticing. This time, I screamed:

"Opium!"

The syringe tip drilled through her   arm. First, she looked at me like I was completely dumb, but the she started to look exausted.

"Wha-what did you d-do?"

"Good night!", I said and summonded the gun.

"I won. Give up!"

But she already lost conciousnes.

I looked at Kurapika and the others.

"Did I won?", I asked.

"I'd say yes, don't you think Kurapika?"

My heartbeat raced up while I looked into his emotionless face.

"Machi, bring Alera to the nearest trainstation. Leorio, follow me.", he said after a minute.

I got really nervous. What would he do? Does he still wants to kill me?

While Machi put Alera on her back and went to the right, I followed Kurapika to the left. We went through an long, dark corridor with a blue ceiling with painted stars. We turned to the right and entered another corridor, this one had a purple ceiling and a floor made of wood.

After a little while, I cleared my throat and asked the small guy before me:

"Will you kill me?"

"Didn't you listen? I thought you heard my conversation with Shizuku."

He tried to sound calm, but I could tell that he was furious, even though I didn't now why.

"Yeah, but you seem so... angry?" I asked, kinda scared for his respond.

"Oh, I'm not angry. Actually, I'm quite happy. No, I'm proud!"

I didn't really understand, but now I could tell that he wasn't angry at me.

"Proud of what?"

"Of you. I didn't expect you to win. Actually I thought you were kinda weak and more like a doctor and not the fighter-type."

"Oh. Thanks, I guess?", I said, still pretty nervous.

He chuckled.

Really? Did the most powerful criminal I know just chuckled over words from me?

"Y'know, I wanted to ask you something."

"What's up?"

He looked back at me, kinda confused, probably about my normal words. I went red.

He really looks nice.

What did I just thought?

But then he turned back to the front, started to talk again and I forgot it.

"Do you really make your poison out of Nen like I thought or was I wrong and you summond it?"

"You were wrong. I summond it. That's why I was so confused when it didn't work on you."

"First, it did work on me. But when I used Zetsu, it stopped."

"Mhhhm, I can't explain that scenario. C-could i have a bloodsample from you?"

"No."

He answered fast and cold.

"Okay, then I can't help you with that."

"I don't care. But I think that you will be usefull for us."

While he said that, I wasn't excited that my plan could work. I was excited because he said these words.

He stopped right before an slightly opened door. A small stripe of light came out of there. He pushed the door open and turned around to me again.

"I actually don't really have to ask you, but I will give you the decision. If you follow me in here, you can't go back into your ordenary life."

"Oh yeah, the life of a hunter is sooo ordenary", I said in current sarcasim.

"You know what I mean. If you follow me in here, you wont be good anymore."

"I never really was. Actually, I planned to escape after winning, but I think I wont so that anymore. I will follow you now."

I was sure. I wanted to stay here. My life as an ordenary hunter wasn't simple, but it annoyed me. And right here, before me I had the chance for a new living.

Kurapika nodded his head.

"Then, I will welcome you, new Spider Nr. 5."
