My Brother from Hell

Chapter seven

      I slowly made my way around the cabin, it was our cabin. The cabin I had lived in you almost a year before I was thrown into thus mass with my brother. I looked around the corner and they were all there, The whole pack. I carefully made my way up to them. They growled at me.

     "Please just lissen to me." I said in a calm soothing voice. "Who is in power now?" I asked, "I would like to talk with them, please." Max emerged from the group.

     "I am alpha now. I'll hear what you have to say but then you must leave." He said approaching me. I sighed slightly. At least it was one of the more kind ones.

    "Don't you remember anything. How much fun we had just after I got here, when I knew nothing. You're not acting yourself. My brother has put a spell on you." I said keeping my eyes away from his face.

    "Where is your proof of this. You betrayed us, why should we trust you."

     Betrayed? When did I betrayed them? I looked up at his face and slapped him.

    "Come back to your sences already! Would I ever really betrayed you?!" I yelled. He looked at me, shocked, then shook his head no. "That's what I thought! Think for a moment! Trent was your leader he helped the pack the best he could! He kept everything together! Now you think the two of us betrayed you all! We would never!" I yelled the all walked up to me and hugged me. When they let go I looked at them confused.

    "Thank you Elizabeth." Max said, "but we can't help you. Come back when you have the girls again. This is your fight not ours." Max backed off. I looked at them saddened. But nodded.

    They had a point, this was my family. And I will do anything to save them. I turned around and began to walk out of the camp. But anthony ran up to me and tapped my back.

     "Here. Take this, you might need it." He handed me a bag full of medical supplies. I smiled at him and nodded. Turning back into the darkness of the forest I made my way to my brothers house. It was the only place I could think to look for Trent.

    Reaching the house was short and alot faster than I thought. I walked into the house and saw Trent laying on the floor. I ran up to him and rolled him over so I could see his face. As i was feeling for a heartbeat, he let out a cough and I sighed out in relief.

    "What happened?" He rubbed his head and sat up. I didn't tell him I was kidnapped but I did tell him about the girls "What?!" He yelled, trying to stand up I pushed him back down.

    "Stay, I have an idea where they are. But you need to rest. Your hurt." He grabbed my arm and pulled himself up to his feet.

    "Stop putting me before our kids. I'm not important, we need to find the girls." He kissed me, "where do you think they are?" I looked at him,

    "With your step-dad." I said.

    "You have to be kidding me." Trent said walking toward the door. I shook my head no.

     "I have my brothers phone though. If that helps." I said holding up the phone. Trent just continued to walk toward the door.

    "I think it's time I give my dad a visit." He said and walked out the door. I ran after him and got in the car. I knew this was not going to end well.
