    Dear journal,

Parenthood has been hard. The girls only being two months and the pack rebelling against Trent it has been hard. But none the less we still love each other and our girls to pieces.

    -Elizabeth

I put my journal down and sighed. I had stared the journal during my pregnancy with my girls and have been working on it sence. Now when the girls get older they can look back on it and see what it was like when they were little. Just then Trent walked in and and sat across from me,

"I don't understand. It's like I'm not even alpha anymore, like some other unknown force is" He sighed and put his face in his hands.

"Calm down sweetheart, I have been looking into it. This is not the first time it has happened. I just don't have enough information to know how, or what is causing it." I said trying to calm him down. Just the one of the girls began to cry. I stood up and kissed him on the head before going to check on the girls. I walked into their room and smiled at them. Picking up Ann I began to rock her back to sleep. They were my ray of sunshine. But after my brother and what he said to me I fear for their lives daily. I have had nightmares about my brother hurting them. About him killing them even.

I finished putting Ann back to sleep and walked out of their room, only to walk into Trent's chest. I looked up,

"You alright Elizabeth? You seem worried. You mummbled something while you were taking care of the girls. Are the girls fine?" I nodded.

"They are fine. Me not so much." I burried my face into his chest trying to keep the tears from falling.

"What's wrong then?" He asked pulling my chin up so I was looking at his eyes.

"I'm scared Trent. I fear for their lives daily." He looked more worried now. "Do you remember when my brother came to visit just after the girls were born?" I asked, he nodded "I never told you but when my brother came to visit he told me he would not let is slide, and would not let them live." I said tears threatening to fall. I saw anger flash through his eyes. I grabbed his hands "promise me you won't hurt any one! I don't want blood shead." I said tears beginning to fall.

"Go get the girls, we have to visit someone" He said, his voice full of anger. I nodded just before he turned away and went back into the girls room. I wrapped the girls in a blanket and walked out of their room then out of the cabin. Trent, now in wolf form, turned around. Anger more noticeable in his eyes. He howled and I climbed onto his back. He began to run off toward my brothers house. The girls safely held in my arms. We quickly made our way to the house.
