My Brother from Hell

Chapter Eight

      "How could my father betray me like that!" Trent yelled as he speeded down the rode. "Elizabeth, can you give him a call. I don't want to show up and get yelled at for not calling ahead of time." I nodded and pulled out my phone, dialing up his number I lissened to it ring until he finally picked up.

    "Hello? Who is this?" I heard him say. I handed the phone to Trent, because as far as I know Kai thinks I'm with my brother.

     "This is your son. I thought it was finally time I come over for a visit. I'm on my way over now." Trent said. To my suprise his voice was calm.

      "I wish you would have called me sooner but alright. When will you be here?" We pulled into the drive way.

      "Now." Trent said and hung up. He climbed out of the car and went to knock on the door, slowly I unbuckled my seat belt and got out of the car. Just as I walked onto the porch Kai opened his door.

      "Hello my son. I need to....talk...." He paused "Hello Elizabeth." I saw him reach over to his side and grab something. "Please come in. We have much to talk about." He moved off to the side where he had grabbed something and allowed us into the house. I started to walk to the kitchen.

     "I'll go make some tea. You two boys go catch up." I smiled and walked into the kitchen. Sniffing the air I began to walk toward the sent of something that smelled like my sweet girls. Reaching an end, I found them sleeping happily in a bed. Running over to them I grabbed them both and hugged them, happy to have them in my arms again. Running down stairs and poked my head around the corner, hiding the girls from view. "Trent, sweetheart, my co-worker just called I have to go." I said looking him dead in the eye.

     "Why dont I take you there. We only have one car after all." I nodded and made my way toward the door. Climbing into the car and putting the girls in the back I looked at the door and saw Kai waiting.

     "Oh by the way, thanks for taking care of my girl!" I yelled at him smiling deviously. His eyes widened and ran into the house. Before he could return we drove off. Making our way back to my brothers house, we were suprised to find the door open and my brother waiting for us. He walked out and stood next to the car door. I turned around and grabbed the girls, opening my door I climbed out and stood next to Trent. "Hello, brother." I growled at him, he walked a step closer to us.

     "You dont need to be so rude sister. I love you after all." He smiled and took another step forward. Trent pushed me behind him.

    "Take another step and you'll feel the wrath of an alpha." Trent said and moved into a defensive position. Arthur hesitated but took another step and smiled.

     "What are you going to do, bite me?" He laughed. Trent transformed and ran toward my brother, biting his leg after he reached him. Pulling his jaws away my brother fell to the ground screaming. I walked up to Trent and patted his head,

     "Now brother, I hope you have a fair journey back to where you came from." I smiled as Trent pounced onto my brother, I turned away and waited for him to finish. Once he was finished I felt a hand on my sholder.

      "It's over Elizabeth." Trent said kissing my neck. I smiled and sighed happily. "We can go back to the pack, and everything should be back to normal" I nodded as he trailed his hand down my side, "maybe I can even see that beautiful skin of yours again." I turned around and gave him a kiss,

     "Well then, what are we waiting for?"
