After recently defeated Sendak, team Voltron had decided to stay on earth for a little while. Don't get Keith wrong. It was great to be back and seeing that everyone was safe, but he was feeling a bit left out.

Keith looked up when he heard Hunk laugh and turned to see him with his family he was holding a young girl in his arms and he cooked and talked with his parents. Keith felt a pang in my heart. They looked so happy together.

Nearby was Lance talking with his sister and Mother while all his cousins and sibling ran around playing. Keith stared and admired him for a bit. They were dating and Keith was absolutely in love with him. As he watched he remember what happened when we first arrived at the garrison after being in space for so long. Lance had jumped out of the vehicle landing on his knees as he large family ran up and hugged him.

Keith had to admit, he had thought what it would be like in that situation. Running over to his father who wrapped him in his arms and told him he was proud of Keith and so glad he was ok. But that didn't happen and Keith had to live with that.

His mother had gone back out to the blades quickly after defeating Sendak. Keith understood that she was needed, but it was the second time she had felt him and he needed her too. He was just to afraid to asks.

Actually he had been meaning to ask the Paladins to come hang out with him for a while. Even Shiro was busy with garrison and something about some guy named Curtis.  He didn't really have time for Keith.

As he thought, Keith didn't notice the tanned boy who came and sat next to him. "Hey, you ok?" Lance asked, softly placing a hand on Keith's shoulder.

Keith quickly looked over at him. "Oh yeah. I'm fine." Lance nodded before removing his hand and going to stand up. "Wait." Keith grabbing his boyfriends wrist. "Do you think maybe we could hang out tonight?"

Lance smiled softly and sat down back next to him. "That sound great Keith, but I already arranged to have dinner with my family." He watched the Korean slump down in his seat looking defeated and slightly saddened. "Hey, why don't you come with me. My family loves you and I'm sure they won't mind."

Keith looked up and gave a small smile. "Ok, that sounds good."

Keith had gone to dress up for tonight. He always felt pressured to dress up for Lance's parents. He always thought that was like an unspoken rule, though this was his first relationship. Lance had told him it was just a casual hangout, so here Keith was, on Lance's family's doorstep. The door opened, and Lance's mothers face lit up when she spotted them. "Lance, Keith! Come on in," she greeted and stepped aside so they could enter.

Keith smiled and walked in his arm linked with Lance. As they entered they were immediately bombarded with kids. "Lance! Lance!" one child called, "come play twister with us!"

Lance laughed and unlinked his arm with Keith, walking into the lounge room. Keith followed awkwardly behind. He wasn't good in social situation. Sitting down on the couch he watched as they began there game.

There was a dip in the cushion and Keith looked over to see Veronica. "Hey." She gave him a small wave.

"Hi," Keith spoke quietly back.

"How are you going. You know with being the head of Voltron. I imaging you've been using this down time to relax a bit uh?"

Keith shrugged. "I guess so,"

"Been spending time with your family? I hope Lance hasn't dragged you away from them," Veronica casted a look over at her brother who was trying to reach his right hand over to red.
