If you don't know mangle has a static noise that you can hear it when she's in your office or close to you.
There was a hoax that you can decrypt it and you'll hear the words IT'S ME but it was not true.
But that's not to say the static doesn't mean anything. If the listen really close you can hear 10-1 which is a police number that means bad connection.
This means that mangle is trying to call the police.
