Jack's slowly opened his eyes trying to figure out his surroundings. "M-mom?" He moaned.

"She's meeting us at the hospital with Jonah's parents," Esther replied running her fingers through Jonah's hair.

There was no response and Esther turned to Jack. He'd lost consciousness again.

"You got more food?" Jonah asked.

Esther nodded. "Here," she said unwrapping a sandwich she had brought.

"I'd like one too," Zach muttered weakly.

Myta, who had been working on giving her son water intervals, looked at Josh. "We're allowed to give him food right?"

"Yeah," Josh replied.

"My head hurts," Corbyn said his voice barely a whisper. "My arm is sore. What is that?"

"They had to rehydrate you with an IV," Jordan replied.

Corbyn didn't respond and Jordan began to get worried. "Bean?" Ashley asked.

"Mhm..." Corbyn moaned.

Christian ran a hand through Daniel's hair. "Awwww, look at him. He passed out from exhaustion."

Tyler smiled looking at Daniel curled up on his lap. "I'm just glad he's okay."

Many hours later the helicopter landed at LA General Hospital (I'm from maryland I dont know cali 😅). Several nurses ran out and helped get the boys out of the helicopter. Jack was rushed straight to the neurological center. Jonah, Daniel, and Zach were taken to x-ray. Corbyn was taken to the ER.

Jeffrey and Keri Seavey ran to the others. "Where's Daniel? Is he okay?"

"I think so. He's getting x-rays," Christian replied hugging his parents.

Carrie and Timothy, Jonah's parents came running in. "Is Jonah okay? Can we see him? Is he hurt?"

"He's got a broken leg. They're checking to see if that's all," Esther replied as Zebulon walked in.

Saskia Besson ran in. "Where is he?"

"ER," Jordan replied as Jack's mom Kristin ran in. "He apparently passed out just before we got there."

"How's Jack?" Kristin asked.

Everyone got quiet, exchanging awkward glances. Myta stepped forward. "You'd have to ask the boys exactly what happened but he's in pretty bad shape. His heart stopped at least three times on the way here. They were doing CPR when they left a few minutes ago..." she said sadly.

Kristin's eyes filled with tears. "Is he going to be okay?"

"It's not looking good," Christian sighed.

Myta led Kristin outside. The rest of the group paced the waiting room, too anxious to sit down.

After a few minutes Jonah was making his way to the waiting room to the group. Carrie ran to him. She helped him to where they were sitting and had him sit down. "Baby, how are you feeling?"

"I don't know. I feel really sick," he muttered.

Timothy looked up at the doctor who had arrived. "He's sick?"

"His body is adjusting to having food and water for the first time in days," the doctor replied. "You should expect nausea and vomiting for about two or three days but it'll pass."

Carrie stroked her son's hair as she had him lay on her. "Poor thing."

"Jonah... you want to head home?" Timothy asked.
