Catra's POV

It's been a whole year since the war in Etheria ended. Everyone seems to have settled into this new perspective of the world with ease.

My thoughts wonder as I walk through the whispering forest. A few months ago, Adora and I moved into a small cottage in the woods to get away from everyone else. Having She-ra as your girlfriend can be a little overwhelming, everyone constantly wants her help or attention. Nevertheless, we would often find time for each other.

I open our front door and i'm instantly hit by the smell of
cookies in the oven.

"Hey", I hear Adora call out, "how was your walk?".

Walking into the kitchen I reply, "It was honestly pretty relaxing, I still can't believe this is our world now".

"Me neither, it's like a completely different place!" She says as a weird looking creature smashes into the window. "Especially not used to that".

We both giggle at that and stare into each other's eyes.

Third Person POV

The room suddenly quieted down and the only thing in sight we're both girls, staring lovingly into each other's eyes. The soft orange light coming through the window added an extra hue to the girls faces, who slowly inched into the others embrace.

In their little wonderland, they kissed in their kitchen, loving the smell and warmth that they were surrounded by.

Then the timer for the cookies went off.

Their laughs could be heard all over the house, and the rest of their afternoon was filled with cuddles, kisses and most importantly, cookies.

Hi so it's been forever. TBH i haven't been consuming that much She-ra content lately, and i've been extremely busy with many different things in my life but we just gotta stomp through. I hope to write more often here and i would actually want to do like an among us AU pretty soon, so hopefully that holds me accountable. Also, requests would be highly appreciated!
