TW - Suicide warning, inexplicit (hopefully, please let me know if it isn't). It's near the end of the chapter.

The golden dragon was broad-shouldered and muscular.

White bands circled around his wrist joints.

His robes were still there, and a crown dangled from one of his horns.

Eret roared, wings spreading out.

"What the fuck?" Tommy breathed, getting dragged back by Sam.

The tall beast shook his head with a low rumble. His eyes were white, though no pupil sat in them.

Tubbo screamed, falling to his knees and clutching his head.

"..Tubbo?" Tommy whispered.

After a few minutes, the president was a drake, a dark green color with lighter green streaks throughout his scales and underbelly. Ram-like horns curled around his jaw bone, and smaller ones rested around the base of the pair of ram horns. They curled outwards like they did when he first got them. Large spikes sat on the end of his tail, and his eyes were an ice-blue color. Thin, cat-like pupils stared at the players.

Ghostbur and Schlatt came next.

Ghostbur was a lanky gray-scale dragon, pitch black eyes staring down the group. Long horns sat idly on his head.

Schlatt was a drake as well, tail flicking. He was gray-scale like his friend. He had ram-like horns, similar to Tubbo's. Pointy rock-shaped spikes rested on his shoulders. A line of smaller spikes went down his spine.

"Holy crap." Ranboo gasped.

The ghost-dragons stared down at Ranboo, making him tense up.

The one with wings- Ghostbur -floated down and held out a glob of blue. He smiled, the best a dragon could at least.

"Ohhh my God," Ranboo gasped. "That was terrifying." He laughed.

Sam yelled in pain, crouching down and curling his tail around his side. Tommy turned and reached for him, only to be whacked away by one of his wings.

He stumbled back.

Sam screeched, shifting into a dragon.

Ranboo hissed as he too, shifted.

Tommy looked around, gripping his arms. He started to mumble to himself, just jumbles of words. Mostly telling himself everything was okay.

Tubbo trotted over to him, dipping his head down to look the tall teenager in the eyes.

Tommy's dull gaze flickered around, finally landing on Tubbo's.

The drake nudged him gently.

Ranboo shook himself, a tall and sleek dragon. He was split down the middle. Black on his right and white on his left. His white side had speckles of light gray.

Dream had also changed, a lime green drake with a white underbelly and legs. His horns were golden. He still wore a mask over his eyes.

Sam was a dark green dragon. His wings were the same as before, and he had long, thin spikes running down his spine. His underbelly was gold and he wore a crown.

Tommy fell to his knees with a scream.

He trembled, panic visible on his face.

Then he was a wyvern.

A tall one.

He shook his head with a low growl, tail whipping from side to side.

Philza stood tall. He was a feathered dragon. Horns curled in zig-zag-like shapes from the top of his head, angling backwards. Smaller ones lined the base of both horns and his jaw line. He had gray feathers with streaks of gold, white and green.

Techno was beside him, though looking at Carl. The horse was panicking. The pink drake was trying to calm the animal down.

Tommy snorted, a small cloud of smoke rising into the air. He looked over to his tent and panicked slightly. Could he still fit inside? What if he couldn't? His discs-

Tubbo huffed and nudged his arm-wing, making the red wyvern flinch back, yelping when he nearly tripped down the hill and onto the beach.

Ranboo sighed. "I remember now. There was a witch I heard of. Apparently they lived in another End City, but they were obsessed with cursing people into dragons. I don't remember if they made the spells permanent or not."

"Very helpful Ranboob." Tubbo huffed.

"Wh- ughh." The black and white dragon groaned.

"Would've been helpful to know earlier." The drake flicked his tail.

"What would have you done anyway?" Ranboo sighed.

Tommy still felt panicked. Why were they acting like they hadn't just shape-shifted?? His gaze flickered around. He stared at something in the trees. Whatever it was disappeared.

The wyvern huffed and began to make his way over, stumbling a bit. How do you use these legs?

When he got the jist, he kept walking towards the trees where he saw the thing.

"What're you doing?"

Tommy jumped and looked over his shoulder.

"Oh- Dream. You scared me." He chuckled slightly. It was an odd sound. He turned to the trees again. "I thought I saw something. I'm probably seeing shit."

"Maybe. C'mon." Dream gestured to the group again. Ranboo was looking at them, tail waving slowly. He looked concerned.

Tommy nodded slowly. He was seeing things. Maybe he was seeing everything now..

He shook his head.

He followed Dream away from the trees, tail trailing on the ground behind him.

He stopped a bit behind Ranboo, eyes on the ground.

Philza trotted over, brushing against Tommy's wing with his own. "You good?"

"Why does everyone keep asking me that?? I'm fine. I've been fine." Tommy hissed softly, not moving his gaze from the grass. "I don't want your pity."

Philza curled his wings against his sides. "I won't pity you, Tommy. I'm just worried."

"I said I was fine." The wyvern growled a bit more firmly this time. "You're probably pitying me like everyone else is. Dream doesn't pity me. He's my friend."

"Wasn't he the one who exiled you, Tommy?"

"Yeah, but he's my friend now."

The gray-feathered dragon looked sad. Something was wrong with his son, clearly.

The wyvern's lips peeled back, mumbling something to himself. Like he was talking to himself.

It was like he forgot Philza was there.

"Tommy?"

Said teenager flinched and snapped his head towards Phil. His dull eyes looked crazed.

"What?"

"Please talk to me if something's bothering you."

Tommy hissed. "Stop pitying me! I don't want your pity!" He whipped around and walked off a bit, then came back, pacing slightly. "Why does everyone pity me? I don't like it. You all left me. Now you're asking me shit."

Phil sighed. He trotted away and joined Techno again, curling his tail back and forth.

"He's losing himself." Philza sighed.

Techno hummed, his own thin tail curling around his talons. He had successfully put Carl in a hole.

"I'm worried. What if he ends up like Wil before he died?"

Techno glanced down at his father, then over to Tommy.

The wyvern was muttering to himself again, staring straight at the ground, flashing looks up to the others every once and a while.

Techno felt a little worried.

------------

Tubbo slid over to Ranboo who was giving a worried look to Tommy.

"Hey big man, what's up?" The drake hummed.

"Nothing much, I guess. I'm trying to think back on what could have happened."

Tubbo nodded.

Sam lifted his head from talking with Dream. "Okay, so we've decided we're gonna go look at the spawn trap guys. We need all of the help we can get so.."

"You're going whether you like it or not." Dream finished, standing.

Tommy glanced to the green and white dragon, then to his portal. Was he going to be allowed through? He decided he wouldn't risk it and would wait in the nether instead.

Tubbo followed Ranboo and the rest of the group to the portal. The tallest were going to be last due to their size, leaving Eret and Tommy last.

Once everyone had made it through, they started the trek down the path to get to the nether hub.

Tubbo swore he saw Tommy stare at the lava more than necessary. But he pushed that to the back of his mind once the group made it to the nether hub. Tommy stopped near the wall that led inside to the portal, and instead sat down.

Dream glanced to him, then slid into the nether portal.

Tommy sighed and turned to the lava below, staring at it.

Tubbo watched his friend for a good moment, getting pulled gently by Ranboo.

There wasn't much they could do.

------------

Eret gave one last glance to the youngling, then disappeared through the portal.

He huffed.

No one liked the feeling of teleportation, but you got used to it.

He popped out and stepped off of the obsidian, shaking his head to get rid of the swirling purple effect.

The king followed the group once he orientated himself.

The group made it to the spawn trap pretty fast, then began to search around.

The only thing that was noticeable at first was the burnt mark in the ground.

!!!!!TW starts here!!!!!!

Tommy stared down at the bubbling pool below.

It was tempting.

He turned his head towards the nether portal, then back down to the lava.

Wild thoughts ran around in his mind.

No. He couldn't.

But..

No one was here to stop him.

He could do it.

But they left him alone.

They pitied him when they visited him.

Dream wasn't here.

Tommy stood.

He hesitated for a moment.

Then he walked over the edge.
