A fake smile, a fake laugh, a fake life. That's what I hide everything through. It's not easy. My parents like most always say "Well when I was your age," but the thing is they don't understand how much things have actually changed since they've been in school. As I walk down the halls of my school I keep my head down but of corse as always it doesn't work. My books are then slapped from my arms and become scattered across the halls. I look up to face one of the worst cliques in Brown County High School. There are 7 cliques- The Jocks, The Gamers, The Cheerleaders, The Brainiacs, The Hippies,The Snobby Rich Kids, and The Nobodies. And, here I was face to face with the so-called-leader of the jocks, Perry Lee, who has touched these last two years of my high school life. I lean down to pick up my things when of course he and his lackeys start the taunting calling me worthless, a nobody, and telling me to drink bleach and other suicide threats.
After collecting my things, I run home. I walk to my drawer and pull out the silver object that gleams in the light and I take a look in the mirror, and like so many times before I pull it across my wrist welcoming the sight of the crimson liquid rise to the surface.
