(Peridots POV)
"Peri! Peri! Peri!" Lapis kept shouting. I was just trying to get some sleep. I opened one eye and saw her over me. "Peri! Get up! You're always sleeping." Lapis said very loudly. "Check out what I found." I groaned and got up. I looked around and saw her fly down. She can be really annoying but I agreed to live with this somehow. I climbed down and followed Lapis. She grabbed my hand and pulled me outside. "Why is the sun so bright!?" I hisses literally. "It isn't that bad." Lapis said shrugging off my complaint. She kept pulling my to the otherwise of the barn and pointed at that rabbit thing Steven once showed me. "I want to touch it. But it keeps running." Lapis said quietly. I rubbed my eyes with my fingers and walked over to the fuzzy life Form. It looked up at me and stood very still. I bent down and held my hand out. It slowly started to approach me. Is sniffed my finger and just sat on me. I picked it up and walked over to Lapis. I handed the thing over to her.
(Lapis's POV) "Oh my stars...." I said quietly. I was going to scream but I didn't want to scare it. I just sat down with and and Peridot sat down with me. "I'm pretty sure that little beast is the one who's been eating the crops." Peridot said still pretty tired. "But he's so cute." I said. "I'm going to call him Steven 2." He kept sniffing my fingers. Then he bit me. "Ouch!" He ran off and kept going until he hit the forest. "Bad Steven 2! Bad!" I shouted. Peridot chuckled a little bit. "You try getting bit by a tinier cute Steven. Then we will see who's laughing!" She kept laughing at my tantrum. I had an awesome idea to get her to stop. "Hey what's that?" I yelled. "Huh?" I then blushed and kisses her cheek. I've never seen her face so dark green before. "LAPIS!" She screamed. I ran off laughing while she chased me still blushing. Worth it.
