Wands And Claws

Chapter Five

The days rolled by slowly, they where all kept busy. Teaching and learning, studding and so on.

Harry was tired, Remus could see the constant training was slowly draining the teens energy.

"Professors... C-can we take a break pleas?" Mcgonagall looked at Snape and nodded. "yes" Ash and Hermione walked over to the benches. Hermione's head dropped onto Ash's shoulder as the two fell asleep. Harry laned against Ash and fell asleep, Ron lay down on the bench and rested his head in Hermione's lap.

They where all asleep in under a minute. "we should take a longer break... They wont learn anything when they are like that" Remus said pointing to the four sleeping teens.

"your right... Maby a few days break will be good... For us all" Mcgonagall said as she yawned. Snape nodded and shook the teens awake. "we are taking a break for a few days... Go to your beds"

They stood and stumbled towards their room. "ugh! My god..." Hermione said as she fell onto her bed.

They all fell asleep quickly, Ash smiled and closed her eyes. She was happy, for once she had friends and people who would care if she disappeared from this world, she had people looking out for her and she had people she had to look out for, she was happy.

Remus was looking at the old map he and his friends had made. As he looked at it he saw Peter on the map.

He put his tea down and sighed, "that cant be right" he remembered what james had said all those hears ago.

"the map will always be right!" James had said with an enthusiastic grin. Remus stood as he saw Ron's name with Peters. But, if Peter was alive then that ment, Sirius was innocent!

He ran through the halls and found Ron sitting with his rat.

"Wormtail! You bastard!" Ron looked up terrified, "Professor?" "Ron, give me your rat, now" Ron handed his rat to the enraged teacher. Scabers wrigled to get out if Remus' grasp.

Remus lifted his wand and shouted a word, Mcgonagall and the others came around the corner. Remus dropped the rat onto the ground, but as it hit the ground it changed into a large man.

Ron choked, "Scabers?!" "that is not scabars! That is Peter! You bastard! You let Sirius be blamed for your death!" everyone stood back from the anger in the normaly calm professors voice.

Peter stood quickly, "he deserved it! Lilly and James did to" "i should kill you where you stand!" "Moonie no!" Remus spun around as he saw the dark haired man.

"its Sirius Black!" Hermione yelled in panick. Ron and Hermione ran towards Mcgonagall and Snape.

Ash ran to Harry and shielded him with her body. She lifted her stick, "come any closer and i will kill you!" she yelled.

Sirius shook his head as he stumbled towards Remus.

"dont kill him... He deserves to be torched by the death eaters" Remus stared at Sirius. "h-how could you?!" he looked inbetween the two men. "for thirteen years! Thirteen! I was alone! You heartless bastard!" he lifted his wand again to hit Peter but a strong force smashed into his side.

"professor no!" Ash stood quickly as did Remus. "dont kill him, he deserves worse y-" she was stopped as Remus shouted back. "you have no idea what i have been through! You dont understand!" Ash lowered her wand.

"i would attack you if i didnt understand what you where going through... it is not me who does not understand Remus it is you who does not understand" she shook her head.

Sirius pounced on Peter and began to fight him.

Harry yelled in pain, everyone spun around. Harry was being dragged out of the window by a shadow creature.
