Chapter Eight

Sirius stood quickly, "its still dark! What are you doing hear Remus!?" Remus smiled and hugged him tightly.

"im free!" Ash walked in behind him. "Change Remus... Show your mate what you are now, show him your power" Remus nodded and thaught of his wolf form.

Harry and Sirius stared as the man in front of them changed to a wolf.

"i am calm! I am in control! I am the wolf and the man... I am, compleat" he said happily.

Sirius laughed happily and hugged the wolf tightly around the neck.

"how!?" "Ash" they a turned to the girl who smiled. "i am not just human" Harrys jaw dropped. "w-what?!" she shifted herself and breathed deeply.

"y-your the white wolf! The one that saved Remus!" Ash lowered her head with a small smile.

Harry wrapped his arms around her neck, "you just keep getting cooler!" he said into her neck.

Ash hummed deeply with happiness, Remus licked Sirius who chuckled.

"it has been long enough... You needed this Moonie... You needed the freedom" Sirius said as he grinned. He was happy that his love was calm and happy with himself for once.

Ash grimaced and shifted back to her human form, Remus whined as he felt the pain shoot through the air.

"its alright, im fine dont worry" Ash said as she sat down slowly and sighed.

Remus shifted back and sat down with Harry and Sirius following behind.

"i still don't understand" Harry said slowly.

Ash nodded with a small smile, "its hard to understand but one day you will understand... Right now, im to tired to... explain" Harry nodded and watched as Ash's eyes began to close before she fell asleep.

The others fell asleep on the couch, silent and calm.

Sirius woke and heard the groan from beside him. Remus tilted his head backwards and grumbled something.

"i forgot to mention... First week of change makes you feel week, with a sore head and all" Renus shot Ash a confused glance. "A week!?" his head fell backwards again and Sirius laughed.

"shuddap" Remus mumbled slowly as he blinked and covered his eyes with his arm.

"you should have some tea and then lie down" "does anyone have chocolate?" Remus said.

Sirius chuckled and nodded as he stood and walked to the kitchen, he returned a few moments later with half a bar of dark chocolate.

"thank, you" Remus took a piece and bit into it. He sighed slowly and smiled.

"it can nearly fix anything" "other than a decapitated head" Sirius said.

Remus turned and looked at Sirius, "are you serious?" "yes i am infact" Sirius said with a grin.

Remus rolled his eyes and put his head back again.

"your rediculouse sometimes" "not sometimes Moonie... Its always" Harry laughed causing Ash to chuckle, "couple goals" Harry spluttered at what she said.

"excuse meh?" Remus said as he lifted his head with his eyebrows raised.

Sirius laughed and shook his head, "she isn't wrong" "i am in a house full of mad people... Merlins beard im cursed" Remus' head dropped backwards.

"now who is being dramatic?" "Sirius Black i advise you to carry me up the stairs to bed" Sirius stood and pulled Remus to his feet.

They walked up the stairs slowly, Harry and Ash watched as they disappeared.
