Chapter 9

Evan-^

North POV:

"She shot me!" Lonnie scream out sounding like a bitch, "she's the best shot in the family Lonnie, if she wanted to shoot your ass she would have" Aunt May informs him.

Lonnie turn around to see where the shot went, Cheryl shot Christian's campaign board. "I got you, we all got you, I got you" Walter says to Cheryl who was now near tears and giving Lonnie a look of hatred.

Lonnie breathe a sign of relief to know that he's ok, Cheryl turn around gave Rachel a 'how could you do this to me?' Look as Rachel gave her a guilt one.

"Something happened to Uncle Evan!" Cam yelled running outside causing me the shout "what?" as I grab the phone from him and went inside.

Walter, Aunt May, Cheryl, Christian, Rachel, Eric and I sat in the waiting room, waiting on the doctor to tell us what's going on with my baby. I kept on crying, I couldn't stop the tears, I kept on thinking if I had went after him he wouldn't have met in a car crash.

A few minutes later the doctor came up to us causing all of us to stand to hear the news he has for us. "Evan's going to be fine" Dr. Patel informs us, "thank God" Aunt May says as I breathe a sign of relief.

"We still need to run a few more tests, but he's ok to go home" Dr. Patel says and that we are allowed to see him, I went to see him first.

I took a seat beside his hospital bed and just look at his bruised up face, "don't look at me like that" Evan says softly.

"How am I supposed to look at you Evan? Drugs really?" I asked him with disappointment, he didn't say anything.

"Where did you get the pain killers from?" I asked him shaking my head at him, even though I knew the answer.

I know he got the drugs from 'little discount' and the only person close to him is Eric, I am not blaming Eric for this because he didn't force those drugs down Evan's throat.

The tears kept falling when he didn't answer my question, "this is not the life I signed up for Evan, I don't want to get married to drug addict" I tell him sadly, "am not a drug addict, I just needed an escape" he informs me.

"So when life sucks your going to turn to drugs Evan? the only reason am being this calm is because I know this is your first Christmas without your mom. But this is not the way to handle things Evan" I tell him wiping away my tears.

"I know, this was just a one time thing, it will never happen again" he tells me kissing my hand.

"Good, because I want a future with you, I want to have kids in the far future with you" I told him smiling, "so, your not pregnant?" He asked curiously.

"No, I took the test before all the drama at dinner after you left, thank God" I told him, "what drama?" He asked confused causing me to laugh as I told the events that occurred at dinner after he left.

After I told him what happened we had a good laugh, "I love you" he said smiling, "I love you too" I said back then we shared a passionate kissed.

Soon I had to left the room because his family wanted to see him as well, so I went to the cafeteria to get something to munch on.

A few hours later we brought Evan home, Brooke's, Lonnie and Jasmine were long gone by time we got back, I left Evan and Eric in his bedroom to see Rachel.

"Hey, look out your window" I told her smiling from her bedroom door, she gave me a confused look but looked.

She smiled and ran outside to meet Malikai who stood outside next to a black limousine and had music playing. I went back to Evan's room just in time to hear him asking Eric to be his best man at our wedding, and of course he said yes.

An hour pass with us just laughing and joking around, "Cheryl! Rachel! Sonya! North! All of yah! Come on down and get some of this pie!" We hear Walter yelled from downstairs.

We all smiled and raced downstairs so we can get a slice of Grace Meyers sweet potato pie. Christmas music played as we all enjoyed a piece of pie, Walter tore up the papers to sell the house then hug Evan happily.

Bloopers

Bedroom scene -

"Evan we are not have sex in your parents bed again, wait no I mean house!" I yelled laughing as I messed up my lines. Jessie (Evan) laugh at me as everyone else did too, I took the pillow from behind me and hit him in the face causing him to stop laughing but I started to laugh at him. "Ah, you did it now" he joked and grab a pillow to hit me with, I screamed loudly and ran off set with Jessie behind me laugh.

Christmas dinner scene -

"Is that oil?" Mo'Nique (Aunt May) asked, "how you get your legs to go so high?" DC youngfly (Eric) asked curiously, causing everyone at the table to laugh since we all knew the phone was blank with no picture on it. "You just had to asked didn't you?" I asked amused, "Candice (North) I wouldn't be me if I didn't" he laugh loudly.

Aunt May scene -

"Aunt May studies taekwondo in a dojo in typay. And they called me sinsay tite chop, you know why they called me that? Cause I chop bitches titees. Ask Tina Turner about me, Hike ain't always kick her ass, one time I had to titee chop that bitch!" Mo'Nique went on a rant cause the whole set to be dying of laughter.
