Cassiopia was right, as usual. Her past came back to bite her in the ass while she sat in her last class of the day, charms.

Blood quill

I won't stand up for liars

It's my fault my father left

No one will love me

Each word sunk in deeply, racking her brain with lies. Everyone has battle scars, but Cass likes to think of herself as one whole battle scar. Her whole existence was just a scar, a constant need to heal what's been hurt. Every time she turned around someone opened an old cut. It was only time until all her scars were open.

Panic attacks were nothing new to Cassiopeia, she had been suffering from them since she was a child. If she were permitted to see one of those muggle doctors, psychiatrists they call them, she would definitely be diagnosed with something. Her constant feeling of doom and danger used to control her life, that was until her mother beat it out of her. After that day, she learned to keep it under control, or hidden from the common eyes. To them, she just seemed fidgety, maybe nervous if they didn't know her, but to Draco and Bianca, she was having a full-blown attack. Which was exactly what happened that afternoon in charms as her mind wandered.

It started with her leg slowly bouncing itself up and down, and slowly getting faster. Then the pounding of her heart against her rib cage. Next, the constriction of air in her longs, which made her visibly uncomfortable to Draco sitting across the room. He looked up at her, reading her eyes for something- anything. His face softens when he realizes, but by the time he did Cass's head had started spinning, nausea had crept its way into her stomach, and her body produced a small layer of sweat, covering it.

A sob was stuck in her throat, she definitely looked crazy at that moment trying to keep herself calm and collected. With seconds passing, her sob was getting closer to escaping its small enclosed space. Before that could happen Dracos rushed to her side and dragged her out of the classroom yelling something at Professor Flitwick she couldn't make out.

The two barely made it three steps out of the classroom before she was shoved up against the wall. Cass looked at Draco to see his lips moving but no words coming out. She felt him cup her face trying to calm her down.

"Cassiopeia! You need to breathe! In, out, in, out," he says sternly to her, repeating the last sentence over and over until she finally starts to catch her breath, "Good job, see it's okay. You're okay."

Students piled into the hallway, and yet Draco still had his hands on her calming the panicked girl down. Once calmed down, he wrapped his arm around her and walked her towards their common room for the night. When they arrived he tucked her in, as he's done always, and left thinking she'd stay there and sleep. Cassiopeia had other plans.

As soon as she knew the coast was clear, she snuck out of her room and practically ran to the Astronomy Tower. She darted up the steps to her spot of comfort- under the stars. She made an abrupt stop when she got to the top, seeing Weasley there with a packet of every flavor beans in his hand.
