"we should go to the beach" louis said abruptly
louis, zayn and liam were sitting in starbucks. there was comfortable silence between all three of them, just the occasional of them munching or sipping
zayn and liam looked up at him
"don't look at me like that. we should go to the beach" said louis
zayn cocked his head. "yeah? thought you hated the water"
liam shot louis an amused look as louis glared at zayn
"i do not" louis huffed
"pfft. please. remember that time when we were kids? and my dad took us to marmaris in turkey and you screamed the whole beach down. because of the water" zayn said pointedly
"i was five" louis protested
"sure jan" zayn turned to liam "you wanna go? i know this really good beach. you'll like it"
"sure. i'm in" liam agreed. zayn grinned at liam and turned to louis
"harry will have to come to. he loves the water" he said. a light blush covered louis' cheeks, unnoticed by zayn. liam secretively winked at louis. louis glared daggers at him before turning to zayn
"sure. that's fine. he's a good lad" louis said, a little too cheerfully. liam had to stifle a laugh
"so when are we going?" liam asked
"this weekend?" zayn suggested
"tomorrow?" louis said
"no, not tomorrow. my dad's not gonna be home and someone needs to look after harry and the girls" zayn frowned "we have doniya but she's busy with her studies"
liam had come to know zayn had three sisters, and a step brother. zayn's parents had been divorced. his dad married harry's mom but she died shortly after their marriage
"this weekend is fine" liam said
"then it's settled" louis announced, getting up
"where do you think you're going?" liam asked him
"preparations" louis said
"but we're going on the weekend" said zayn. he seemed confused
"it's fucking thursday and we leave on saturday. i need to arrange snacks. book a small resort, and transport"
"oh i can help with that. why don't i drive?" liam chimed in
"you drive?" zayn asked incredulously
"i'm legally old enough to drive and i have a license" liam told zayn
they turned to louis
but louis had already left
