I sit on the edge of his bed and glance around at the different medals and trophy's. He watches me carefully.

You look good in my bed. He tells me. I'd like the full experience.

You look better in mine. I wink.

He comes to sit beside me, placing a hand behind me as he brushes some hair from my face.

"I want to look at you all day." He tells me.

"I'm not sure why." I shake my head.

He rolls his eyes and pulls me towards a full length mirror. He stands behind me with a hand on my waist.  The other tracing my facial features. "Look at this gorgeous face. Your lips alone could bring a man to ruins." He kisses my cheek soft and slow. He then traces my neck.  "Your skin is so soft and perfect."

"I don't know about that..." I disagree.

"Can you blame me for wanting to mark you up? Just to make sure you're really human... That you can be touched by imperfections..." he trails off as he unzips my dress by a few inches. Just enough so he can uncover my collar bone and the top of my breast. His mouth moves around slowly and his fingers trace the outline of my lingerie. He leaves his mark on my collar bone then kissing it softly and zipping my dress back up. He slides his hand down my arm. "Your arms I'd love to have them on me all day. And your legs..." he groans softly. "I love seeing them walk towards me, but I really love them around my waist."  And putting my head between them.

"James..." I trail off as he tightens his hold and continues kissing any skin I have exposed.

"The most beautiful thing about you though..." he whispers as he moves me back towards the nearest wall. "You just radiate joy and kindness. Honesty and friendliness. Around you like this massive halo. There's nothing not to love about you."  He kisses me softly. "I told you, I fell completely, pathetically in love with you the moment I first saw you. I wish there hadn't been so much wasted time with other girls on horrible dates." He shakes his head.

"We've got all the time in the world to make it up." I smile.

"There's nothing I'd like more." He returns the smile.

Soon enough his mother calls for dinner and we go to eat. I sit between James and Steve as we eat and everyone chats idly.

I don't get how James can find someone and I get stuck with nothing! She's even pretty. It's so dumb. And he's the one who had to go and talk in front of mom and dad about Donald getting in trouble. Now they don't like him and we can't be here alone. Now Donald doesn't like me! He started seeing Shirley! Shirley!! Ruth continues ranting internally while fiddling with the food on her plate.

She looks up angrily at her brother across from her and apparently attempts to kick him, instead kicking their father. Rob coughs with surprise and snaps his head towards her.

"Hi Roo, can I help you?" He looks at her in annoyance.

Her eyes widen. "That wasn't for you." She mumbles. Stupid James.

"I should hope not." He shakes his head. "Dishes tonight."

Ruth groans and Henry busts out laughing. "Haha! You get to do dishes!"

"Henry! So glad you volunteered to help your sister, I'll let you two figure out who's washing and who's drying."

They both groan dramatically and James smiles to himself. This is daily. He tells me. Wait for dads joke.
