New Rome University [Percy Jackson AU]

I walked into the library nervously and sat at the table. The other five girls looked at me curiously.

"Hello." One said.

"Hi-" I say nervously. "I'm Rachel!"

"Percys-"

"Ex. Girlfriend."

"He dumped you?" The short haired girl asked.

"Yeah."

They all nod.

"Jason sent me here and stuff ya know? Said if I wanted to join your group I'd have to ask..."

"Accepted!" The girl with the feather in her hair smiled. "I'm Piper! That's Thalia, Reyna, and Hazel. Annabeth is... somewhere."

"She's-"

"Also. Percys ex girlfriend."

"Are they going to get back together?" I ask.

"We hope." The all exchange glances.

The two girls with Annabeth left. Annabeth looked over at us, and Piper waved her over. She hesitantly walked over.

"Annabeth I'm sorry... for getting mad at you." Piper said.

"It's alright. But-" her gaze landed on me and hardened. "But Percy doesn't like me anymore."

"We broke up too." I say plainly. She huffed.

"Where is he?"

"By the ice rink. He went with the guys." I explain.

"Maybe we can go hang in my dorm, get some Starbucks?" Piper suggested. We all nodded.

I got my typical Vanilla Bean Frappe. Very plain, I know.

We went back to Pipers dorm and caught up on everything.

Eventually the boys walked on in. And Percy and Annabeth looked directly at each other.

"Annabeth?"

"Percy..." she stood up. Piper offered to hold her drink and Annabeth handed it to her. Annabeth ran over and tackled Percy in a hug, crying. Percy hugged her back, rubbing her back lightly.

"Sleepover tonight?" Leo asked.

"YESSS!" Piper cheered. Annabeth nodded and Percy smiled.

Piper and Annabeth got a bunch of blankets and junk food snacks. We all sat down and they played some Disney movie- The Little Mermaid I think? Something Percy chose.

Everyone fell asleep during the movie pretty much. I didn't realize how late it was.

Annabeth fell asleep on top of Percy, who had his arms wrapped around her. Adorable.

I snuck out of the dorm for a bit, getting some fresh air.

And I ran into someone.

"Oh. Sorry!" I say, fixing my overalls that were splattered in paint.

"What are you doing out here? It's way past night fall! I'm gonna have to turn you in. Tsk tsk."

My mood changed suddenly. I shoved him against the wall.

"I dunno who you are, and who you think you're talking to, but listen here. You're out here too, so you can't turn me in without getting in trouble yourself. So try me!" I glare.

"I-" he looked shocked.

"Rachel Dare."

"I'm- Octavian..."

"Ok. Now don't turn me in. Because I can be your best friend... but also your worst enemy." I turn, flip my red curly hair over my shoulder, and walk away. Towards the art room.

Enemy? Nah. He is probably scared to death of me!

I hope...

So like I lowkey ship Rachel and Octavian idk why. So Ima make them a ship. (But in the second Gen the minor ships aren't gonna have kids)
