Cameron's pov

So two weeks ago Lexi met my mum and let's just say my mum LOVED her which im super happy about! My mum gave me a promise ring to give to Lexi, it was given to my mum by my father and well before that it was my dad's mums, so it's kind of a tradition.

I have planned a perfect way to give it to her, so first of all I am going to take her out somewhere fancy then we will go for a walk along the boardwalk then come to a magical waterfall I found about a month ago and Nash will be hiding somewhere waiting to get a picture, I just hope it all works out.

"Hey Lexi, do you want to go on a date with me tonight?" I dont know why but I still get butterflies when I ask her "of course I would" she said smiling "okay be ready at 6 and dress really nice."

This will be perfect.

Lexi's pov

The part that sucks the most about Annie being gone is that I have no girl friends anymore, I have no one to help me get ready for a date, to calm me down before a date, no one to tell me what looks nice and what doesn't, I could probably ask Nash or Matt but their judgement would be for me to wear a brown paper bag, they have no fashion sense.

I decided on a long, slim red dress with a silver sparkling belt, for shoes of course the silver sparkly ones that Cam bought me and I did a little bit more makeup than I usually do, finally my hair was curled lightly, I just hope I didn't over dress.

Cameron's pov

I was waiting downstairs for Lexi to get ready, I went over to the guys house to get ready and let me tell you that was NOT easy.

"Cameron i'm ready!" I heard Lexi yell from upstairs, I walked over to the stairwell and waited for her to descend down the stairs, she started coming down and she looked stunning, "earth to Cameron" she said and I quickly stopped staring at her "so uhh you ready to go?" I asked, I honestly couldn't keep my eyes off of her.

**Skip car ride**

We sat down and ate our food along with small talk, talking about our future and joking around, I payed and we walked outside "Cam where's our car?" she asked scared "well I was thinking we could take a walk along the boardwalk?" "oh sure that would be lovely" she said smiling, I interlocked our fingers and we started walking until we made it to the waterfall.
