-Arabella's POV-

The faint noise of a crowd rang in my ears as I watched my team get ready for the last game this year.

"Wow." James said as he sat down to fix his boots. "This year has gone by quickly."

I nodded. "It felt like just yesterday you lot were trying out for the team." I patted Thomas on the back; he was the only one done getting ready besides me.

"We only have next year after this, Bushynut, Prongs." Sirius dropped to the ground to do a push up.

I rolled my eyes at his behaviour. "If you make it next year."

"Oh, I will." Sirius stood up quickly and flipped his hair as a stupid response.

"Sure." I climbed up on a bench and looked down at my team. "Gather up, team!"

     Sirius snorted. "Gather up?"

"Shut up, Padfoot. Like you're smarter than me." I kicked him in the shoulder before switching gears. "This  is the last one this year!"

My team hooted and cheered. They quieted down and I continued. "We've got to do our best against Hufflepuff. They've got a really Keeper, it's almost impossible to get anything past her.

"That being said, Chasers, you need to try harder than you ever have before. Padfoot, you also need to try harder."

"Do I really? I'm already amazing." He smirked and I smacked my forehead.

"Sirius, only catch the Snitch after we have at least twenty points," I continued. "We're behind Hufflepuff by only a hundred ten. The Snitch and twenty points should do it.

"Alright team, let's do this!" I yelled.

"Rarrrr!" My team did their cheer/growl in response. I lead the way to the entrance, my teammates following me to the open door. We waited patiently as the commentator began to introduce and open up the game.

Mumbling, mumbling. "Last Quidditch match of the season!" Mumbling, mumbling. "Gryffindor team!"

We swiftly hopped on our brooms and zoomed out. Cheering erupted from the crowds, mostly the Gryffindor and some of Ravenclaw crowd. I waved at as many familiar and unfamiliar faces within the stands.

"And the Hufflepuff team!" A flood of yellow flew out, their robes blowing in the breeze. Their Keeper scowled meanly at us and I smiled innocently back.

"We're gonna kick your trashy behind." I mouthed to him and he made a confused face. What an idiot.

"On the whistle!" The commentator called. Madam Hooch blew on her whistle and threw the Quaffle into the air.

James dived for it, catching it and making a quick pass to Braxten. I lost track of the Quaffle after that, mostly because I began focusing on the Bludger.

I made a dive for the Bludger, making the ball spin towards the Seeker on the other team.

I felt something hit the back of my head, making me feel slightly light-headed. "Foul! Hufflepuff Beater Michael Whitney purposely hit Gryffindor Captain and Beater Arabella King! Gryffindor gets a free shot!"

I rubbed the back of my helmet, hoping to clear my head and vision. "Alright, Bella?" Thomas asked, flying by.

"I'm fine," I could kind of see what was going on now, and I smiled at him, "Let's just go, but you might have to kind of cover for me."
