Evie Of The Isle

Where's Evie?

Late that night Mal returned to her room. She quietly opened the door, to not wake Evie. But something was off Evie was not in her bed. Mal thought she must have had a date with Doug and decided to stay with him.

Mal got into her bed, and lied down, but she still could not  shake the feeling something was wrong. She went over to Evie's desk and looked at the incomplete dress on it then she saw Evie's schedule. It was jammed packed with things for contillion. Mal felt like she was going to get a headache just looking at it. It was then Mal noticed that her side of the room was spotless. Evie must have got tired of looking at it.

Mal lied back down closing her eyes. Then she felt something poking her Mal got up and looked down to see a note.

Dear Mal,
If you are reading this then I am probably back on the isle. I am so sorry I could not tell you I was leaving, but you are never at the dorm. Doug broke up with me and the stress of dressmaking is just to much. Do NOT come for me, I am where I belong. I will always love you
                               Your BFF, Evie.

Mal could not believe a word that was written. Evie was the one fitting in most here in Auradon. Evie was the reason Mal has not went back to the isle yet. Evie was Mal sister she helped Mal all the time.

Mal then realized something that filled her with guilt. Evie had been there for her since they came to Auradon. She had encouraged Mal when she did not think she was good enough, but Mal has not did the same for Evie. In fact Mal does not even remember thanking her for all that she has done, yet Evie does it not asking for anything from her. Mal noticed something was off this morning, yet Mal did not say anything. To worried about her stupid date with Ben.  Mla loves Ben, but Mal needs Evie and she knew what she needed to do. She just hope the boys were ready to help her find Evie.

                                    Texting (Mal Jay Carlos)

Boys are you awake?!

         Mal what are you doing up so late it is one in the morning!

Yeah, Jay is right. Something better be very wrong or I will personally escort you off a cliff that leads into the ocean!

Evie is gone!!!

  Haha nice prank Mal now goodnight.

Guys I am not kidding Evie is gone!!!

Wait. This is not one of your pranks. What do you mean Evie is missing?!

Yeah what Carlos has said. Where is my baby sister Mal?

Evie... Evie returned to the Isle.

What why?

The stress was getting to her. I mean she still had eleven dresses to make, and Doug breaking up with her did not make it any easier

Wait Doug broke up with her... That low down good for nothing band geek!

We have to go and get her. Evie does not belong on the Isle. Me and Jay will be there as soon as we can!

He's got that right no one messes with our friend we will be home soon.

End of chat

Mal just had to wait now. There was nothing else she could do so she lied on her bed and rests. She knows she should tell Ben about this, but if she did . He would feel bad, and want to come with them which was to risky. This was something that the core... three would have to do on  their own.

Mal could not help but worry. She knows Evie is a strong princess that can protect herself, but if Evie's mother, the Evil Queen finds out about it. Then Evie is dead meat.

About an hour later, Jay and Carlos  arrived panting

"Hey Mal sorry we took so long, but we can not drive and it is two in the morning so we had to walk for an hour." Jay said

Mal laughed, " You know you could have called me. I have a moped remember."

Carlos punched Jay on the shoulder, " How did we forget about that?"

"I do not know maybe we were in a rush!" Jay said somewhat sarcastically.

Mal stopped the fight there. They had more important things to do. "Umm... Guys. EVIE!

Both Jay and Carlos stopped their bickering and in unison they say, "Sorry."

Mal nods her head before saying, "Go  quietly into your rooms. And change into your Isle clothing. Also pack some food and fresh water; because who knows how long we'll be there. We will also needs swords."

The boys quickly and quietly do what they are told. When they got into their dorm room they ran to their closet and started packing.

Then Carlos sees notes on their comforters. "Jay look over here it is a letter most likely from Evie. It might give us a clue to why she went to the Isle. Instead of anywhere else, and to what she is planning to do on the isle!"

Jay sees his too, and says, "Let's  read them."

Jay read his letter first

Dear Jay,
If you are reading this than I should already be at the Isle. I just wanted to say. That you were and still are a big brother to me. You always protected me from everything. That is except the battle that was going on inside of me. Jay you need to let me go now the isle is where I belong, and it is where I want to be. I realized my true purpose is to help villain kids, and I can not leave them hanging any longer. Do not worry about me and please please do NOT come for me as I said this is where I belong. I will love you and miss you
Your little sister, Evie.

Jay let a few tears drop reading it and said, "Carlos it sounds like she is adamant that the isle is truly where she belongs. Now read yours and let's put all three of our findings together."

Carlos nodded starting to read his note aloud

Dear Carlos,
If you are reading this than I am already back on the Isle. Carlos there was so many things I wanted to tell you in person, but I could not stay in Auradon any longer. One of these things I probably should not say, but I am going to is. Carlos I like more than a friend. I have for ten years now since I met you at my sixth birthday party.

Carlos you are still my best friend. So I beg of you to let me be. I just need some time alone. Plus the isle kids need my help. I can not leave them behind. I know the king is trying to help them out but they need my help. I love you
               Your friend Evie

Carlos sighed, "Your right jay she is adamant about staying on the isle."

Jay laughed because Carlos was red as a tomato, " Carlos what did she do propose." Jay joked.

Carlos sarcastically replied, "Haha very funny now let's finish packing for we can go.
