Chapter Six -
Joor walked back to the car carrying a dozen bags in each hand. I have never seen someone use a credit card so carelessly. She went into every store and had to try on everything she saw. She was quick trying items on though, as soon as I blinked she was in a new outfit. I only tried on a few tops and left with one little bag from Top Shop. She threw her bags into the trunk of the car and smiled triumphantly at her purchases. I slipped my single back beside her pile "How can you go shopping and only get one bag?" Joor looked at me utterly confused
"I don't have a limitless credit card" I winked as I walked around her car to climb in. Joor went to turn the car on and it spluttered for a while. She tried again. Still nothing.
"Not again" She placed her forehead against the wheel in frustration before pulling out her phone. "Hey Lou I need a favour.... How am I suppose to know when to change that?... I'm not alone I'm with Cait... Ok.... How about we take your car and make you dinner then?" She glanced at me "Ok... see you soon" She hung up
"So we're making dinner?" I raised an eyebrow, not sure of the plan I've been dragged into
"Louis is going to drive here to fix up the car, so we'll take his car, get some food, go to their beach house and make dinner for everyone" She explained
"Who's everyone?" I asked shyly, regretting that I didn't straighten my hair, which now hung in loose ringlets brushing the top of my shoulders
"Oh just Louis, Harry, Niall, and Liam" She chorused off their names. Cait swallowed "It'll be fine, they'll love you" she squeezed my hand as a car pulled up beside us. Louis stepped out with a blonde friend in tow.
"Hey up Joor what have you broken now?" His Irish accent was thick, I barely understood a word he said.
"Oh shut it Niall. I went to turn the key on and nothing happened" she passed her car key to Louis, whose eyes were glued on me
"Since when do you have curly hair?" he questioned, pulling on of my ringlets, making it spring back into position.
"when did it matter to you?" I replied half glaring at him
"Ooh Louis she's trouble" Niall slapped Louis's back before extending a hand out to me "I'm Niall from Mullingar, Ireland"
"I'm Cait, from Canada" I shook his hand nervously "I have no idea what you just said" I admitted, blushing slightly
"That's ok, he never have anything valuable to say anyway" Joor teased, giving Niall a slight push
"What it girl, I'm the one fixing your car" He pointed his finger threatening her
"Yeah, you wouldn't dare harm me with Louis in sight" She hugged Louis tightly. "Now help me get my shopping out the boot and into Louis's mini" She turned walking to the trunk of the car
"The boot? That's a new one" I muttered under my breath as Louis followed me to the back of Joor's mini
"Geeze Joor, is there any clothes left in the mall?" Louis gawked at all of the bags in the back
"Hey it's Cait's stuff too" she pouted. I picked up my one bag
"Now it's all your stuff" I winked, walking over to Louis's car and placing my single bag in the trunk.
"Call me if you need anything" Joor hugged Louis once again after all her shopping was in his car. He nodded and kissed her forehead. How could Joor date Louis and Liam at the same time and not feel guilty? I could never do it. I couldn't keep their names straight let alone the romance side. Whatever floats her boat I guess. I waved at Niall and Louis before sitting in the passenger seat.
