What is stopping us?

Times changed

Alizeh was still sleeping so I decided to make breakfast. I am a very good cook after all. I made some tandoori chicken and heard the doorbell.

"Katie?!?"

"Hey man!"

"Oh god what are you doing here? I thought you were in a coma or something."

"I was but now I'm better and I decided to come meet you and meera. Talking about her where is she? I have to give her this picture she asked me for. Can I come in?"

"Uhh sure come in."

I opened the door and she came in. Katie is a good friend of Meera and I. We met her when Meera and I were new to the FBI. She was one of our partners and we were all very close. Katie was also really close with me and I would tell her everything, from my problems to what Dev Malik told me. She knows everything about both of us.

"Oh and uhh meera isn't here.."

"Kya?"

"She isn't here."

"Kya hua?"

"Nothing but uhh she decided to get her own place. So yeah..."

She looked at me confused and I knew that she could tell I was lying. She went upstairs and went into a room that she thought was Meera's

"Meera why is Rahul saying-."

That was Aizeh's separate room so all he stuff were there and I don't think you would mistake Alizeh's stuff and clothes for Meera's. There was heels everywhere, books, lots of makeup, lingerie, and papers everywhere.

Katie looked at me confused.

"Since when does meera wear this?"

She picked up the lingerie and I quickly snatched it out her hand. Meera isn't into any of this stuff so I know that Katie is suspecting something.

The bathroom door opened and Alizeh came out in a short black night gown.

Katie's eyes got wide open. And quickly looked at me.

"Oh uhh Katie this is Alizeh my girlfriend. And Alizeh this is Katie a good friend of mine."

"Hi nice to meet you. I'm Alizeh sharma"

Alizeh took her hand out to greet Katie but Katie being stubborn girl she is, she made a dirty face and took her some time to take her hand out.

"Katie."

"Nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too."

She looked at me with a mad face

"Uhh Alizeh why don't you wait for us in the living room can you make some coffee for all of us?."

"Of course"

She left and Katie quickly slapped my arm.

"Hey!"

"Hey?!?!? Why didn't you tell me you had a freaking girlfriend?!?"

"Uhh I think your forgetting the part where you disappeared and all of us thought you were dead."

"But still man! Last time I talked to you, you told me that Meera and you were getting closer! But I don't see her! Instead there's a plastic Barbie doll in what is supposed to be her room."

I pointed my finger at her

"Hey don't talk about Alizeh like that. If your gonna scream at me then respect her at least"
